In the middle of nature, an old little house with its barns and its well dug in the stone come back to life. Little by little, old plateau terraces and old hiking trails are reappearing. The brambles teach us that they are the ones who protect what must be protected.

Welcome to a small permaculture farm located in a quiet valley, not too high in the mountains.

By using natural materials and artisanal techniques, we give this old house the space it needs to come back to life at its own pace. Where flora and fauna can continue to evolve, we tackle the task together. A warm home where you can share and live, have time for yourself and take care of young and old.

How did we initiate this project? With lots of love, of course! An open mind.
At the moment, we are at the very beginning and are building enough to store food and water so that we can live from our four seasons again. Through crafts, music, art, culture, yoga,... we will create something beautiful in this place.

Who am I ?

Just like you, "a living being". My name is Lander and I am 36 years old.
I have worked for a long time on small and large projects for other people's houses, from tadelakt bathrooms to monumental buildings, which has allowed me to deepen my knowledge of natural building materials. A few years ago, this expertise and my love for what is authentic and pure prompted me to make different choices.
A few years later and enriched with great experiences, I left for France. At first, I lived and worked for two years in an eco-place near Bordeaux. This is where I was able to find inspiration and develop ideas for the project I want to carry out here, in Ardèche, with other people.
Recently, Evi, a 39-year-old Belgian friend, came to settle here to help us. What a pleasure to see someone invest themselves with such enthusiasm and conviction in the realization of a project like this!

What are we doing and what are our expectations?

Of course, our projects depend on the seasonal planning. At the moment, we are preparing the various gardens and enclosures for our animals. To vary the pleasures, we alternate these preparations with some construction work such as the development of a water basin and the construction of a winter barn.

In addition to living together, it is important that everyone can find their personal landmarks here. That is why we prefer that you stay here at least two weeks. It will be most pleasant for everyone, even for our chickens and our sheep who are impatiently awaiting their new home and for our dear older neighbors who need a helping hand or appreciate being able to share our meals from time to time. others.

We work five hours a day, five days a week, in exchange for three meals a day and a place to sleep.
Everyone gets up and eats their breakfast independently.
During the week, we cook and share lunch and dinner.
We are not vegetarians, but we buy little or no meat.
On weekends, everyone is free but it goes without saying that animals and daily chores are still part of our common life.

Only natural and organic soaps and products are used on site.
Our sanitary facilities, including our eco-toilets, must be stocked with sawdust and emptied regularly.
We ask everyone to take care of nature, the land and the maintenance of the house.

And then, of course, we are surrounded by beautiful nature where you can hike or go swimming in the rivers.
You can visit a village or go to the market.
As for me, I sometimes retire to my studio to immerse myself and lose myself in modeling clay.
As there is no wifi, you will not be able to get lost on the net, but in nature.

De l'eau, un toit et une alimentation saine. Les besoins de base.
En pleine nature, une vieille petite maison avec ses granges et son puits creusé dans la pierre reprennent vie. Peu à peu, d’anciennes terrasses en plateau et d’anciens chemins de randonnée réapparaissent. Les ronces nous apprennent que ce sont elles qui protègent ce qui doit être protégé.
L'harmonie de la nature.
Bienvenu dans une petite ferme de permaculture située dans une vallée tranquille, pas trop haut dans les montagnes.

En utilisant des matériaux naturels et des techniques artisanales, nous redonnons à cette vieille maison l’espace dont elle a besoin pour reprendre vie à son rythme. Là où la faune et la flore peuvent continuer à évoluer, nous nous attelons à la tâche ensemble. Un chez soi chaleureux où l’on peut partager et vivre, avoir du temps pour soi et s'occuper des jeunes et des moins jeunes.

Comment avons-nous initié ce projet ? Avec beaucoup d’amour, bien sûr ! L’esprit ouvert.
Pour le moment, nous en sommes au tout début et construisons de quoi stocker la nourriture et l'eau afin de pouvoir à nouveau vivre de nos quatre saisons. A travers l'artisanat, la musique, l'art, la culture, le yoga,... nous allons créer quelque chose de beau dans cet endroit.

Qui suis-je ?

Tout comme vous, "un être vivant". Je m'appelle Lander et j'ai 36 ans.
J'ai longtemps travaillé à de petits et grands projets pour les maisons des autres, de salles de bain en tadelakt à des bâtiments monumentaux, ce qui m’a permis d’approfondir ma connaissance des matériaux de construction naturels. Il y a quelques années, cette expertise et mon amour pour ce qui est authentique et pur m'ont incité à faire des choix différents.
Quelques années plus tard et enrichi de belles expériences, je suis parti en France. Dans un premier temps, j’ai vécu et travaillé pendant deux ans dans un éco-lieu près de Bordeaux. C'est là que j’ai pu trouver l’inspiration et développer les idées pour le projet que je souhaite réaliser ici, en Ardèche, avec d’autres personnes.
Depuis peu, Evi, une amie belge de 39 ans, est venue s’installer ici pour nous aider. Quel plaisir de voir quelqu’un s’investir avec tant d’enthousiasme et de conviction dans la réalisation d’un projet comme celui-ci !

Que faisons-nous et quelles sont nos attentes ?

Nos projets dépendent bien entendu du planning saisonnier. Pour le moment, nous sommes en train de préparer les différents jardins et les enclos pour nos animaux. Pour varier les plaisirs, nous alternons ces préparatifs avec quelques travaux de construction tels que l’aménagement d'un bassin d'eau et la construction d'une étable d'hiver.

Outre la vie commune, il est important que chacun puisse trouver ici ses repères personnels. C’est pourquoi nous préférons que vous restiez ici au moins deux semaines. Ce sera le plus agréable pour tout le monde, même pour nos poules et nos moutons qui attendent leur nouveau logis avec impatience et pour nos chers voisins plus âgés qui ont besoin d'un coup de main ou apprécient de pouvoir partager nos repas de temps à autres.

Nous travaillons cinq heures par jour, cinq jours par semaine, en échange de trois repas par jour et d'un endroit où dormir.
Chacun se lève et prend son petit-déjeuner indépendamment.
Pendant la semaine, nous cuisinons et partageons les repas du midi et du soir.
Nous ne sommes pas végétariens, mais nous n’achetons que peu ou pas de viande.
Le week-end, chacun est libre mais il va de soi que les animaux et les tâches journalières font toujours partie de notre vie commune.

Seuls les savons et produits naturels et biologiques sont utilisés sur place.
Nos installations sanitaires, y compris nos éco-toilettes, doivent être pourvues de sciure de bois et vidées régulièrement.
Nous demandons à chacun de prendre soin de la nature, du terrain et de l’entretien de la maison.

Et puis, bien sûr, nous sommes entourés de belle nature où vous pouvez faire des randonnées ou aller nager dans les rivières.
Vous pouvez visiter un village ou vous rendre au marché.
Quant à moi, je me retire parfois dans mon atelier pour me plonger et me perdre dans le modelage de l'argile.
Comme il n’y a pas de wifi, vous ne pourrez pas vous perdre sur le net, mais bien dans la nature.
