  I'm Mauricio García, an entrepreneur committed to environmental regeneration and human development. After traveling the world, a group of friends and I decided to start a community project. It is our project in the Calchaquí Valleys. I specialise in business consulting and management. If you want to learn about gardening, animals, natural building, and community living, this is the place. Just a few kilometers from towns like Cafayate, Santa María, and Tafí del Valle, you can come and connect with nature and our project to restore a 200-year-old house. We don't have any paid staff. We're a community of three friends and volunteers, and our roles are:
  - Mauricio: agriculture and finances.
  - Carlos: cleaning and housework.
  - Sofía: crafts and maintenance.
  
  Soy Mauricio García, emprendedor y comprometido con la regeneración ambiental y el desarrollo humano. Luego de viajar por el mundo decidí junto a un grupo de amigos iniciar un proyecto de comunidad. Es nuestro proyecto en los Valles Calchaquíes. Soy especialista en consultoría y gestión de negocios. Si querés aprender sobre huerta, animales, bioconstrucción y vida comunitaria, este es el lugar. A pocos kilometros de ciudades como Cafayate, Santa Maria y Tafi del valle podrás venir a conectar con la naturaleza y nuestro proyecto de restauración de una Casa de 200 años antiguedad. No tenemos personal contratado. Somos una comunidad de tres amigos y voluntarios y nuestros roles son:
  - Mauricio: agricultura y finanzas.
  - Carlos: limpieza y tareas domésticas.
  - Sofía: artesanías y mantenimiento.

  We share meals, cooking over open fires, and walks in the area. We regularly organize yoga and meditation sessions, workshops, and celebrations. Living communally will give you ample opportunity to develop your skills in coexistence, cooperation, and cultural exchange. We meet daily to share and work together on the farm's tasks. Our project is inspired by the principles of permaculture and the concept of "buen vivir" (good living) or "sumaj kawsay" (good living). As a volunteer, you'll learn about composting, natural building, and much more. We believe that every visitor brings a unique perspective. Welcome home.
  
  Compartimos comidas, fogones, caminatas por la zona.
  Periodicamente organizamos prácticas de yoga, meditación, talleres y celebraciones.
  Al vivir de manera comunitaria, tendrás muchas posibilidades de trabajar tus habilidades de convivencia, cooperación e intercambio cultural. Nos reunimos diariamente a compartir y avanzar juntos con las tareas de la finca.
  Nuestro proyecto se inspira en los principios de la permacultura y el buen vivir o sumaj kausay.
  Como voluntario aprenderás sobre compostaje, producción de alimentos, bioconstrucción y mucho más.

  Arbeit

  Volunteers can participate in various activities according to their interests and the needs at any given time. The teams are generally: Garden: planting, watering, weeding, and harvesting. Infrastructure: maintenance and sustainable building. Communication: creating videos for social media. Art: beautifying spaces through visual arts, music, and other forms of expression.
  
  Los voluntarios pueden participar en distintas actividades según sus intereses y las necesidades en cada momento. Generalmente los equipos son:
  Huerta: siembra, riego, desmalezar y cosecha.
  Infraestructura: mantenimiento y bioconstrucción.
  Comunicación: generación de videos para redes sociales.
  Arte: embellecimiento de espacios por medio de las artes plásticas, la música y otras formas de expresión.

  Unterkunft

  We offer a shared room with beds to ensure volunteers are comfortable during their stay. The bathroom, living room, and kitchen are also shared. Camping is also an option. Volunteers have access to a bathroom with a shower, a living room with Wi-Fi, and a kitchen. Meals are not included in the volunteer program. This experience is designed for those who enjoy living in nature and connecting with the community. The house is home to people of all ages, and families with children are welcome.
  
  Ofrecemos un cuarto compartido con camas para que los voluntarios se sientan cómodos durante su estadía. El baño, la sala y la cocina también son compartidos. También esta la opción de acampe si la persona lo desea.
  
  Los voluntarios tienen acceso a un baño con ducha, sala con wifi y cocina. No se encuentra incluida la comida en la oferta de voluntariado. La experiencia está pensada para quienes disfrutan de la vida en contacto con la naturaleza y la comunidad.
  
  En la casa hay personas de todas las edades y son bienvenidas las familias con niños.

  The Aconquija bus drops you off at the entrance to our farm, located in the center of Colalao del Valle, next to the primary school. In their free time, volunteers can explore trails, archaeological sites, and local communities. We value mutual respect, open communication, shared responsibility, and care for people, resources, and the environment. We are open and flexible, and we expect the same attitude from our visitors. We don't have rigid rules, but we do promote mindful coexistence. You can reach us by bus from the cities of San Miguel de Tucumán, Cafayate (Salta), or Santa María (Catamarca).
  
  El colectivo aconquija te deja en la puerta de nuestra finca que se ubica en el centro de Colalao del Valle al lado de la escuela primaria.
  
  En su tiempo libre, los voluntarios pueden recorrer senderos, sitios arqueológicos y comunidades locales.
  
  Valoramos el respeto mutuo, la comunicación abierta, la responsabilidad compartida y el cuidado de las personas, los recursos y el entorno. Somos personas abiertas y flexibles, y esperamos la misma actitud de quienes nos visitan. No tenemos reglas rígidas, pero sí promovemos una convivencia consciente. Se puede llegar en autobús desde las ciudades de San miguel de Tucumán, desde Cafayate Salta o desde Santa Maria Catamarca.
