Beschreibung
We have a small would-be farm on the beautiful island of Skopelos (yes! the Mamma Mia island). The property was unloved for the last 20 years and me and my husband are in the process of giving it back the life and love it deserves. There is lots of gardening, working of the land and general maintenance to be done. We are 3minutes away from the nearest village, Glossa… a real, authentic Greek village and we are on the northern , quiet, but beautifully wild side of Skopelos. We are looking for fun travellers with a passion for whatever they do and wherever they are. Oh, by the way… we also have a huge pool and 25 chickens!

Unterkunft
We have 1 en-suite rooms on a “Greek farm” with stunning sea views, it’s own little chapel and plenty of peace and quiet. We are currently busy with landscaping and with general maintenance, but the en-suite bedrooms are beautifully decorated, Mamma Mia-style. There is a lovely pool, an orchard and plenty of space to hang around. We have chicken-TV (no real TV) and StarLink Internet. This place have a feeling about it and is ideal for someone who wants to live a real life close to nature and the sea. The accomodation is spread over 2 houses. There is plenty of space for everybody to live. The kitchen is not state of the art (as we will renovate it in years to come) but it is functional. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. It is truly a special place with soul and we are hoping to change this back to its glory days…. slowly-slowly Greek style!

In the summer months: obviously BEACH
In spring and autumn (the best time): beautiful walks, beach time but not necessarily swimming, getting into local cafe-life
In winter: reflection, walking, a lot of me-time as Greeks usually use this time to recharge their batteries. There is cafe-life and nights out but mainly on weekends
Daily busses to the beaches and Skopelos town
