Beschreibung
Welcome to our home in Langley, large rancher on a 4-acre property with an urban wilderness. We live in a house on a forested land with pigeons, chickens, pheasants and other birds, and our dog Forrest. My main role is professor of Psychology at a local university but my passion is farming, animal husbandry and the outdoors. At home I engage in many projects that can always benefit from extra help. The house is quite large so other family and friends are often staying with here. Currently, I am looking to expand the chicken coop, design a freeze drying food preserve process, and tend to the garden. There is also opportunity to help indoors with projects around the house, such as building furniture, cooking and others. There is flexibility in both deciding on hours and what to get involved in. Friendly towards those who want to use our place as a base to explore Vancouver and its vicinity.
