  Beschreibung

  We are are currently a family of 5, with a n 8 year-old girl called Cosima, a 6 year-old boy called Luca and a 2 year-old boy called Nico :) My wife is Austrian but speaks perfect English, as well as French, German and Italian. She trains people in empathy communication, a practice called NVC. I work as a researcher and writer and speak French and Italian as well as English. I used to work for the UN and NGOs. We are growing vegetables and fruit in our garden :)
  
  In exchange for food and lodging, we would love to find a kind person to come and join our house to support with childcare and house help :) We are only looking for people who are willing to join us for a minimum of 6 months, and ideally for longer.

  I am a researcher and writer and my wife is an empathic communication trainer (NVC). We are both very open-minded and would like to ensure anyone living with us and supporting us is meeting their needs, particularly for learning and development. We would be interested to know what the person's interests are and discuss how those needs can be met.

  Unterkunft

  A large bedroom with a double bed, desk, and clothes storage furniture. This is one of four bedrooms in the house. You would have a bathroom, which is near to the bedroom. There are two living rooms downstairs and an open-plan kitchen. Both living rooms have French doors that lead onto the garden outside. We are happy to provide most food requirements for whoever lives with us.

  Our house is a few fields way from Frome, a town on the eastern edge of Somerset county. Frome is an interesting place, with lots of artisan shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. The town has an independent town council, meaning there are lots of innovative things happening here. It is 4 minutes drive, 7 minutes by bicycle, and 20 minutes walk to get from our house into the centre of town.
  
  At the end of our garden is a beautiful river and forest (called Vallis Vale), with walking paths that lead all the way to Great Elm and Mells, which are nearby villages. It really is a beautiful area! There are several areas around us that are great for wild swimming.
  
  We are 30 minutes from Bath, 35 minutes from Salisbury and one hour from Bristol.
