  Hello! We Milesi are a very extended family, united by the desire to live and restore life to a village abandoned for years, at the foot of the Borla valley in the province of Piacenza. The project is based on the renovation of old stone ruins according to the techniques of the peasant tradition, always respecting the same we cultivate a large vegetable garden to feed ourselves ethically with its products. We also raise animals such as two dairy cows with which we daily produce butter, yogurt and more or less seasoned cheeses, about fifty birds including laying hens, turkeys, geese and ducks, 6 goats and the help of a mule to keep them clean. the wooded grounds.
  
  Ciao! Noi Milesi siamo una famiglia molto allargata, unita dalla volontà di abitare e ridare vita a un borgo abbandonato da anni, ai piedi della valle del Borla in provincia di Piacenza.
  Il progetto si fonda sulla ristrutturazione di vecchi ruderi in pietra secondo le tecniche della tradizione contadina, sempre nel rispetto della stessa coltiviamo un grande orto per alimentarci eticamente con i suoi prodotti. Alleviamo inoltre animali quali due mucche da latte con il quale produciamo quotidianamente burro, yogurt e formaggi più o meno stagionati, una cinquantina di volatili fra cui galline ovaiole, tacchini, oche e anatre, 6 capre e l'aiuto di una mula per tenere puliti i terreni boschivi.

  Each visitor will be able to benefit from staying in our agricultural village, and these will, as always, be modulated by the intensity and enthusiasm of their commitment. Currently, life in the village takes place and is divided into three fields of action: the vegetable garden, where you will be joined by Alessandra, a girl who grew up from an early age in the vegetable gardens, preparation of preserves, drying of vegetables, fruit and flowers edible, recognition and harvesting of wild herbs in the neighboring woods and harvesting of apples from our ancient apple orchard; the ancient houses and crafts including dry stone walls where Gipi, a cabinetmaker craftsman, will work alongside; and Paolo for the daily care of the animals, providing for their nourishment, maintaining and creating stables, fences for grazing and processing raw materials, especially butter and milk, fresh or aged cheeses in our 15th century cellar.
  
  Ciascun visitante potrà trarre vantaggi dalla permanenza nel nostro villaggio agricolo, e questi saranno come sempre modulati dall'intensità e dall'entusiasmo del proprio impegno. Attualmente la vita nel villaggio si svolge e divide su tre campi d'azione: l'orto, dove si sarà affiancati da Alessandra, ragazza cresciuta sin dalla più tenera età in mezzo agli orti, preparazione di conserve, essiccazione di ortaggi, frutta e fiori eduli, riconoscimento e raccolta delle erbe spontanee nei boschi limitrofi e raccolta di mele dal nostro meleto antico; le abitazioni e i mestieri antichi tra cui muri a secco dove si affiancherà Gipi, artigiano ebanista; e Paolo per la cura giornaliera degli animali,provvedendo al loro nutrimento, manutenendo e creazione di stalle, recinti per il pascolo e trasformazione delle materie prime, soprattutto burro e latte, formaggi freschi o stagionati nella nostra cantina del 400.

  Arbeit

  Being a newly born agricultural community, we need skills ranging from simple house maintenance and preparation of meals to construction labor for the renovation of housing - installation of electrical and water systems - with a particular focus on the cultivation of a vegetable garden of the size of 700sqm. entirely cultivated with natural method starting from the seed (and from its exchange with other similar realities) up to the fruit and the preserves. The care and welfare of animals, the improvement of stables and chicken coops, and transformation of raw materials and last but not least, the procurement of the wood needed to warm up next Winter. All these are all activities in development and therefore need of the support and proximity of people already capable of these skills, or with the sincere desire to improve by learning new skills.
  
  Essendo una comunità agricola appena nata necessitiamo di competenze che vanno dalla semplice manutenzione della casa e preparazione dei pasti alla manovalanza edile per la ristrutturazione degli alloggi - installazione degli impianti elettrici ed idrici - con un focus in particolare rivolto alla coltivazione di un orto delle dimensioni di 700mq. interamente coltivato con metodo naturale partendo dai seme (e dal suo scambio con altre realtà a noi simili) fino al frutto e alla conserva.
  La cura e il benessere degli animali, il miglioramento di stalle e pollai, e trasformazione delle materie prime e non ultimo, il reperimento della legna necessaria per passare al caldo il prossimo Inverno.tutte queste sono tutte attività in via di sviluppo e che quindi necessitano del supporto e della vicinanza di persone già capaci in queste abilità, o con il sincero desiderio di migliorarsi apprendendo nuove competenze.

  In our agricultural community we prepare bread and pizza in a wood oven, we eat at the table all together, we often find ourselves at dusk involved in musical and dancing parties without even knowing who organized it. Osmosis with the power of the surrounding nature, from every single shoot that is born unseen up to the vastness of the celestial vault and individual and creative research are ingredients, if not indispensable, at least necessary to get to know each other, get to know each other.
  
  Nella nostra comunità agricola si preparano pane e pizza nel forno a legna, si mangia a tavola tutti insieme, spesso ci si trova all'imbrunire coinvolti in feste musicali e danzanti senza neppur sapere chi l'abbia organizzata. Osmosi con la potenza della natura circostante, da ogni singolo germoglio che nasce non visto fino alla vastità della volta celeste e ricerca individuale e creativa sono ingredienti se non indispensabili quantomeno necessari per conoscersi, conoscere e conoscerci.
