Beschreibung
We are a country restaurant where we do ecotourism and apply permaculture, we are interested in the conservation of the environment and the application of sustainable strategies, the site is surrounded by natural pools and waterfalls, we are in constant evolution, we have a bio-pool, an area of camping, 1 small cabin and outdoor restaurant. Within the site, the following activities are carried out: Hiking, Zipline, Country restaurant, biointensive garden, edible forest, rabbit farm, composting, organic egg production, tilapia mojarra production, butterfly garden, fresh air!
Our team consists of 8 permanent workers in the kitchen, maintenance and the countryside, plus weekend workers that help us out on busy days, Volunteers will be helping out planting and transplanting, animal care, bio construction with bamboo, nursery garden, and/or special projects according to the volunteers' skills.
Somos un restaurante campestre donde hacemos ecoturismo y aplicamos permacultura. Estamos interesados por la conservación del medio ambiente y la aplicación de estrategias sostenibles. El sitio se encuentra rodeado de pozas naturales y cascadas, nos encontramos en constante evolución, contamos con biopiscina, área de camping, 1 cabaña pequeña y restaurant al aire libre. Dentro del sitio se realizan las siguientes actividades: Senderismo, tirolesa, restaurant campestre, huerto biointensivo, bosque comestible, granja cunicola, compostaje, producción de huevo orgánico, producción de mojarra tilapia, mariposario al aire libre!
Nuestro equipo consiste de 8 trabajadores de planta que se encargan de la cocina, el mantenimiento y trabajo de campo, más un equipo de personas que trabaja los fines de semana y en ocasiones especiales. Los voluntarios apoyarán en el mantenimiento del lugar, trabajo de campo, siembra y trasplante, vivero y jardinería, cuidado de animales, bioconstrucción con bambú, así como proyectos especiales de acuerdo al perfil de los voluntarios.

We require travelers to help us as tourist guides, in bio-construction projects, care for animals on the farm, compost making. We also accept proposals according to the talent of each volunteer.

Within the place there are natural pools and waterfalls where the assistant can relax and enjoy, 3 km away is the city of San Andrés Tuxtla which is a magical town, it has museums of the Olmec culture, tmb is near the reserve of the tuxtlas biosphere where you can walk on virgin jungle trails, 15 minutes away is the Salto de Eyipantla one of the best known attractions in the state of Veracruz, and catemaco veracruz is 15 minutes from the site.
Dentro del lugar se encuentran pozas naturales y cascadas donde el ayudante pude relajarse y disfrutar, a 3 km se encuentra la ciudad de San Andrés Tuxtla que es un pueblo mágico, cuenta con museos de la cultura Olmeca, también se encuentra cerca la reserva de la biosfera de los Tuxtlas donde se puede caminar en senderos de selva virgen, a 15 min se encuentra el Salto de Eyipantla una de las atracciones mas conocidas del estado de Veracruz, y Catemaco Veracruz se encuentra a 15 minutos del sitio.
