Beschreibung
We are a retired couple, parents of four children and grandparents of two grandchildren.
Passionate about old stones, we have over the course of our life refurbished several houses, and we continue ... We are currently rehabilitating a 15th century house in the famous village of DOMME, the most beautiful village in FRANCE in the heart of the Périgord Noir, where we let's live, near SARLAT and the most beautiful castles of Périgord, and DORDOGNE.
Nous sommes un couple de retraités, parents de quatre enfants et grands parents de deux petits enfants.
Passionnés de vieilles pierres, nous avons au cours de notre vie retaper plusieurs maisons, et nous continuons...Nous réhabilitons actuellement une maison du XVéme siècle dans le fameux village de DOMME, plus beau village de FRANCE au cœur du Périgord Noir, où nous vivons, près de SARLAT et des plus beaux châteaux du Périgord, et de la DORDOGNE. Maintenant les travaux sont terminés, mais il reste des travaux de peinture et également des travaux d'extérieur pour terminer la terrasse, ces travaux sont prévus dès la fin janvier 2024.

Arbeit
In exchange for your welcome, we will ask you to help us advance our work for a few hours a day, to do painting work on windows and doors in November, and at the beginning of 2024 to help us with the renovation of small buildings and to the transformation of a courtyard into a terrace.
En échange de votre accueil, nous vous demanderons de nous aider à avancer dans nos travaux quelques heures par jour, pour faire des travaux de peinture sur les fenêtres et les portes en novembre, et début 2024 nous aider à la rénovation de petits bâtiments et à la transformation d'une cours en terrasse.

Unterkunft
You will stay in a house adjoining ours, which we rent out in summer to travelers passing through DOMME, so you will enjoy a certain degree of independence. You will be independent for your breakfasts in the morning, at noon and in the evening we will take our meals together. There are all the comforts of a holiday cottage, kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a shower room.
Vous serez logés dans une maison mitoyenne à la nôtre, que nous louons en été aux voyageurs de passage à DOMME, vous jouirez ainsi d'une certaine indépendance. Vous serez autonomes pour vos petits déjeuners le matin, le midi et le soir nous prendrons nos repas ensembles. Il y a tout le confort d'un gîte de vacances, cuisine, salon, deux chambres et une salle d'eau.

Nous serons très heureux de vous faire visiter les lieux emblématiques de notre belle région du Périgord Noir, nous vous ferons découvrir les spécialités culinaires du Sud-Ouest, foie gras, confits de canards.... Vous profiterez du calme de notre village et rencontrerez ses habitants. Possibilités de randonnées à pied ou en vélo.
We will be very happy to show you around the emblematic places of our beautiful Périgord Noir region, we will make you discover the culinary specialties of the South-West, foie gras, duck confits .... You will enjoy the calm of our village and meet its inhabitants. Possibility of hiking or cycling.
