  Hello! I'm Sofia, I live with my husband in a rural innl. After having spent several years in university and cities, we decided to return to the field where we seek to create a natural environment, set an example of ecological lifestyle and live sustainably. In our house we like to consent and give the best possible lifestyle to dogs, cats, cows, chickens and other animal friends who live with us.
  We like to welcome visits from friends and family giving them the best attention to make them feel at home, likewise, anyone who wants to spend a quiet, pleasant and in connection with nature is completely welcome.
  We are people open to activities for spiritual, mental and artistic enrichment.
  
  we have three people in charge of the management and well-being of the cows. This includes milking, pastures, fencing, and grazing.
  
  Sometimes we hire an extra local person to beautify the property.

  Hola! Soy Sofia, vivo con mi esposo en posada rural. Después de haber pasado varios años en universidad y ciudades, decidimos volver al campo donde buscamos crear un ambiente natural, dar ejemplo de estilo de vida ecológico y vivir sosteniblemente. En nuestra casa nos gusta consentir y dar el mejor estilo de vida posible a perros, gatos, vacas, gallinas y demás amigos animales que viven con nosotros.
  Nos gusta acoger visitas de amigos y familiares brindándoles la mejor atención para que se sientan como en casa, así mismo, cualquier persona que desee pasar un momento tranquilo, agradable y en conexión con la naturaleza es totalmente bienvenido(a).
  Somos personas abiertas a actividades para el enriquecimiento espiritual, mental y artístico.
  
  Tenemos 3 personas encargadas del manejo y bienestar de las vacas. Incluye: ordeño, praderas, cercas y pastos.
  
  En ocasiones contratamos una persona extra para el embellecimiento de la finca.

  In our house we need help with the maintenance of the garden and organic garden, it is a must to sow, transplant, prune, weed, water, fertilize and give love to all the plants of the farm. Also, sometimes you need help with the care of the animals and attention to guests.

  En nuestra casa necesitamos ayuda con el mantenimiento del jardín y huerta orgánica, es deber sembrar, transplantar, podar, deshierbar, regar, abonar y dar cariño a todas las plantas de la finca. Así mismo, a veces se necesita ayuda con el cuidado de los animales y atención a huéspedes.

  Unterkunft

  In the house there is a room for volunteers that has two beds, wardrobe and bedside table. Similarly, inside the house there is access to kitchen, bathroom, patio and TV room. Any volunteer has full access to all facilities inside and outside the home.
  Our food is mainly vegetarian, however, we have no problem if the volunteer eats meat (there is space in the fridge and stove for it!).

  En la casa hay una habitación para voluntarios que cuenta con dos camas, armario y mesa de noche. De igual forma, dentro de casa hay acceso a cocina, baño, patio y cuarto de televisión. Cualquier voluntario tiene acceso total a todas las instalaciones dentro y fuera de casa.
  Nuestra alimentación es principalmente vegetariana, sin embargo, no tenemos problema si el voluntario come carne (hay espacio en la nevera y estufa para ello!!).

  Located in the valley of Samacá, therefore it is surrounded by mountains and meadows to travel on foot, by bike or horse. Also at home there are many green areas to travel, meditate, read or simply listen to the singing of birds and breathe fresh air.
  The house is ten minutes by car from the town, and this is close to several tourist towns with diversity of cuisine and landscapes, which are also easily accessible by public transport.
  In our home we love to share every meal, likewise, we live in an atmosphere of harmony and tranquility that we radiate to our guests.
  
  Está ubicado en el valle de Samacá, por lo tanto está rodeado de montañas y praderas para recorrer a pie, en cicla o en caballo. Así mismo en casa hay muchas zonas verdes para recorrer, meditar, leer o simplemente escuchar el cantar de las aves y respirar aire puro.
  La casa queda a diez minutos en carro del pueblo, y este queda cerca a varios municipios turísticos con diversidad de gastronomía y paisajes, los cuales también son de fácil acceso con transporte público.
  En nuestro hogar nos gusta mucho compartir cada comida, así mismo, vivimos en un ambiente de armonía y tranquilidad que irradiamos a nuestros huéspedes.
