We planted 40 acres of eucalyptus trees last year under a grant scheme, but unfortunately the forest became overgrown and has not succeeded. So we are looking to replant the area again and need help managing and overseeing this project. We will be planting lots of indigenous trees and trying to recover the old trees that survived.
We have a family-built eco lodge and tree house in Ishasha Uganda where the infamous tree-climbing lions are found! We really need help with, implementing viable systems, management as well as help with training staff and developing new community projects etc. We are just outside the national park and get visits from elephants etc regularly! The site is on a river and is beautiful!
We have 6 en-suite cottages and 6 lazy camping rooms in the lodge, as well as a 250 square meter, 3 bed-roomed, en-suite tree house which sleeps 8!

We have a number of projects on at any one time! Mainly it is help with the lodge and tree house, whether that be helping to develop a new product or service, helping maintain or develop our forest or gardens, implementation of general operational systems, bookkeeping, training, improving quality of service etc to improve our product.
Private room/tent (shared facilities) with all food, sheets, mosquito nets etc
We are near the mountain gorillas (57 km) and other amazing parks, as well as the mountains of the moon, crater lakes, bird safaris etc. Our lodge is 10 minutes from the Ishasha Sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park where the tree climbing lions are found as well as a plethora of other animals and birds.
