… read more out, both Gian and Paloma are very good cooks and will serve you local specialties as if they were running a restaurant.
Working with them was always a good experience. The schedules are flexible, the work isn't too strenuous, and you'll never be rushed or pressured.
It's important to know that communication will probably be a bit difficult if you don't speak any Spanish, as Gian knows only some English words and phrases (many cooking-related). However, if you want to learn and practice, this is a great opportunity.

The experience here was very good. Paloma and Gianfranco were very friendly and always with some interesting task to teach me related to the farm/land. The village near by is very small and you can really get to know the spanish culture including the language which is always nice when travelling :)

… read more Con buen tiempo puede ver las estrella incontables por la noche. Hay un montón de los animales salvajes,el jabalí,el ciervo,el conejo... que puede comer. Todo lo que cocinaba ellos fue buenísimo con el aceite de oliva suyos. No podré olvidarme de que fui a una almazara antigua por las olivas cosechado. Estoy contento de la vista.
Además uno de gato, dos de perras y algunos gallos que no sé cuántos tienen son super bonitos. Hacíamos un jardín pequeño para los pollito y sus mamá. He hecho tantas cosas que es imposible escribirlas todas aquí.
Nesecita mucha ayuda, ya que viven solos y tienen mucho trabajo. Estoy seguro de que están contentos con tu ayuda y la comida típica de tu país. Tenga en cuenta que el tiempo puede afectar a tu horario de trabajo y el uso excecivo de agua y electricidad.
It was a first time of workaway for me. Gianfranco and Paloma, they're kind and knowledgeable. I was learned about olive groves and the food of Spain and Italy etc... The special feature of their olive oil is that it's grown by nature without chemical pesticides and fertilizers. My Spanish is no so good,so I don't know if I understood everything. But let me tell you this,it is worth going here if you want to know more about Spain. Because Spaniards are made of olive oil.
They're working alone and need lots of help usually. Then some food of your country would please them.
