Hello, I am Alhaji.
In 2015, we created a new organization in Arusha. Our organization is focusing on supporting struggling children and youth within our society by providing free education and social support. Our long-term goal is to reduce the amount of street children and poverty not only in our region, but throughout the entire country. So far our efforts have been largely successful, as most of our former pupils have achieved their goals.
We are looking for any volunteers willing to support our organization, as we know that different people from different places can motivate our youth and help our teachers learn new methods of teaching and development. We are very open to any suggestions and we are gladly willing to let our volunteers teach whatever they want to share with our pupils. In exchange for helping us, we offer our volunteers many opportunities to discover African culture.
In addition to our school we also run a small farm, the only source of income for our organization. Volunteers are welcome to help on the farm if interested.
We are a recognized and registered organization under the law of our country. Volunteers are required to get a volunteering visa (250 USD) to volunteer with our organization.
We look forward to hearing from you!

We need volunteers to teach our secondary students various subjects (English, maths, biology, chemistry, geography, literature, Spanish, physics, etc.). There are two levels of students and classes run from 8AM-4PM each day. Volunteers are asked to teach one or two subjects depending on their backgrounds.
Volunteers may also be asked to assist in our Preform (pre-secondary) classes, which run from September to December. Volunteers in the Preform classes will be assisted by our teachers.
Our organization also runs a nursery with children aged 3-5. Volunteers interested in working in the nursery can give basic English lessons (counting, vocabulary, etc.) and childcare to the children.
If interested, volunteers may be able to assist on the farm as well.
Our volunteers will live in a typical Tanzanian family home. They will experience African culture firsthand through living style, food, and daily activities. There are plenty of opportunities to learn Swahili from locals. We can also arrange classes for volunteers if there is interest.
On days off, we are happy to arrange trips for our volunteers, including safaris, museums, parks, and other expeditions. There are many sights to see in and around Arusha, where our organization is located.
English, French, Swahili. (Learning Spanish)
We provide accommodation and basic meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) free of charge. We can accommodate vegetarian diets.
Volunteers will share rooms. We are unfortunately unable to provide private rooms for couples.
We happily provide this service and accommodation free of charge to our beloved volunteers for the time during which they are a part of our organization's family.
Our organization is situated very close to main road and availability of transport is there any time, so on their time off they will may be visit different places for refreshments as well as the part also of learning different things in our country, also if they will be in need of visiting some different clubs accompanied with our members of our organization and there is where they can learn the African dancing styles and also is where they can meet with other Europeans but this will happen after the agreement from our volunteers.
