We are a Surf & Adventure company with over 15 years of experience, focused on fun and safety. We are based at Punta de Mita and Sayulita, Mexico. We offer Surf Lessons and Trips, Mountain Bike Trips, Hikes, and various Snorkel and Boat Tours. Our base staff is young, fun, and into outdoor activities. Our volunteers are an integral part of our team, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Once you get here you will never want to leave, trust us!

Our Headquarters and Volunteers accommodations are located at La Lancha Beach, an incredibly beautiful Surfing Spot, located 45 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta, 5 minutes from the touristy town of Punta Mita and 20 min from Sayulita. We are not in a town, so access to bars and nightlife is quite complicated. This location is great for nature lovers, people who love to surf of would like to learn, hike, make barbeques, etc

Getting to the neighboring towns is relatively easy via public transport during the day and you can use our free shuttle that goes to Sayulita and come back 2-3 times a day.

  • Accommodation

    Accommodation

    𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
Our staff and volunteers quarters are specially designed and built to host our team, and are located in a plot of land in which our Surf Camp is being built on the entrance of Playa La Lancha in the Punta de Mita area. Our La Lancha Surf Shop is right next to the Surf Camp and Volunteers quarters are 20 minutes away from our second location, Sayulita.

Our Volunteers/staff accommodations have access to WiFi, shared bathrooms, hot water showers, a laundry, kitchen and plenty of commun space to hang out and even a newly built swimming pool. There are 6 rooms, each with a bunk bed, to host a total of 14 volunteers or staff members.

This is a beautiful spot built for people that love the outdoors and value nature, access to nightlife and partying are non/existent. The complex is situated at 8 minutes jungle walk from the best beginner and intermediate surfing beach in the area.

Access to other towns is super simple via local public transport during the day.

Groceries can be either bought at the small convenience shop next door, at any of the neighboring towns, or ordered via the internet (not so secluded after all)

This will be your home, as well as others. Since there are multiple people living in the same complex and sharing the same space the most important aspects to keep in mind are RESPECT and CLEANLINESS. This means cleaning up dishes right after use, taking the trash out, helping to clean the kitchen (cleaning basics are provided), keeping personal belongings in your bedroom. It is part of the staff and volunteers' duties to rotate/organize cleaning activities amongst themselves daily.

Please be aware that there is always multiple animals (domestic and non domestic) in the complex, this is not the place to be if you have cat/dog allergies or if you are scared of wildlife (spiders, snakes, frogs, etc..)

Under absolutely no circumstances, visitors to our living quarters are allowed without previous autorization.

  • What else ...

    What else ...

We focus on having a healthy and friendly work atmosphere. Our employees and guests are super friendly and kind. There are tons of outdoor activities to immerse on: surfing, hiking, biking, swiming, cooking, visiting neighboring towns like Sayulita, San Pancho, Puerto Vallarta, etc.

Staff can use our equipments (surfboards, SUPs,etc) and join our trips for free during their days off.

We do not currently host couples.

Like everywhere in Mexico, our Wi-Fi is not always stable and high speed. The internet at the volunteers house works 95% of the time. At the house, volunteers can work in the living room or dining table, and at our office. If you need so, we have a couple of empty desks that can be used. However, we can host volunteers working online ONLY if their online work schedule does not interfer with our volunteering schedule. Volunteers with online jobs will have to adapt to our schedules, not the other way around.
