I have been working for thirty years on a beautiful, seven acre, oceanfront property with tropical landscape and vegetable gardens, orchards, a small hotel, year-round stream, jungle and ruins of a 19th century coconut soap factory in Nayarit, Mexico in the small town of Santa Cruz de Miramar.
It is my goal to contribute to the local community by providing educational opportunities in the areas of art, nature and friendship. Striving to serve delicious and highly nutritious, organic food and being an example of living lightly and sustainably on the planet are what helps those involved in this project to thrive.
Workers with integrity and a variety of skills are most welcomed. This is a great destination for re-charging and embracing your most inspired ecological and creative dreams.

Guests are encouraged to offer a workshop or class to the local community during their stay; a yoga class, massage workshop, how to build and use a solar oven, how to build a bat house, make paper mache masks, hats from palm fronds, how to make a film using your IPhone, etc. to name but a few examples. Working along side the regular staff and owner's friends should be interesting and enjoyable. Just going to the fishing cooperative or to the corner store can offer opportunities to test your newly acquired language skills. Mexicans love humor! So if you tend to be a little quirky or funny at times you could find yourself right at home.
