    We are a family run guest ranch bed and breakfast and wilderness survival school in Wells Gray Park in BC Canada. We have a beautiful property in the mountain Valley of upper Clearwater. We have 160 acres, 4 cabins, a small private lake with kayaks, creeks, walking trails, beaver dams. We are open for guests from may - oct. We are in close proximity to the areas attractions like waterfalls, hiking, lakes and water activities such as fishing, boating, whitewater rafting. Our wilderness school teaches survival, traditional and homesteading skills.

    See what its like to live on a remote Canadian heritage homestead. We are a guest ranch and wilderness school located in an amazing provincial park with many activities on the property and so many more close by. The learning opportunities are endless and dependant on your interests. Learn how to plant a garden, farming basics, learn aspects of wilderness survival, wild edibles, shelter building. Learn traditional skills like canning and preserving food, basket weaving. If you are willing to work, help out and learn, we are more than happy to teach you.

    We are looking for assistance with some of the daily operations like, farming, gardening, farm repairs and building, trail maintenance and repairs. Let us know what your strengths are and we can work with you. We offer very flexible work hours for room and board in an amazing setting. Please contact us for more details.

    We have either a small cabin or a travel trailer with house access. Meals will be with our family. Mornings start early with guest breakfast at 8am. On your days off you are welcome to use our camping equipment and start exploring the park.

    We are quite flexible regarding hours worked and time off, there will be plenty of time to explore the area.
    We expect that you do the jobs we ask of you and can work independently.
    We would expect the right volunteer to be clean in appearance as you will be interacting with guests.
