There is a room available with a bed. For now the room does not have a television. Yes it has air conditioning. It is next to my daughter's room and the bathroom.
It is worth clarifying that we go to bed early (you would have to be home before midnight) and since I am sensitive to low-frequency radiation, I turn off the Wi-Fi at night. In addition to the room we share some meals, it also depends on what you can cook!
Hay una habitación disponible con una cama. Por ahora la habitación no cuenta con televisor. Está al lado del cuarto de mi hija y del baño.
Vale aclarar que nos acostamos temprano (tendrías que estar en casa antes de medianoche) y como soy sensible a las radiaciones de baja frecuencia apago el wifi por la noche.
Además de la habitación compartimos algunas comidas, también depende lo que puedas cocinar! Vale aclarar que no compartimos todas las comidas. Si hay dudas sobre esto por favor preguntar

We are five blocks from the beach to the south. You can walk through our beautiful boulevard and see very beautiful sunsets. To the north, a few blocks away, is Parque Rivera, full of trees and a small lake. You have public transport very close to go to any part of the city and even to other departments (provinces).
Estamos a cinco cuadras de la playa hacia el sur. Puedes caminar por nuestra preciosa rambla y ver muy lindos atardeceres. Hacia el norte, a unas cuadras, está el Parque Rivera, lleno de árboles y de un pequeño lago. Tienes transporte público muy cerca para ir a cualquier parte de la ciudad e incluso a otros departamentos (provincias).
