My wife and I have a 10 hectare lifestyle block situated 35 minutes driving time from Auckland.
Included in this is a 2 hectare garden which is already beautiful but is still being developed.
Our 3 daughters and their families often visit and our place is frequently .used by groups for meetings and retreats -

Large modern house. Travellers will have a good sized bedroom and own bathroom. Will share kitchen but we will provide most meals.

Travellers will need us to deliver them to bus routes or train stations but that will not be a problem.
Walks and go karts are available for fun activities as well as some golf facilities. -
