  Join the Adventure: Live and Grow in a Sustainable Ecovillage project in Tuscany!
  Are you ready for an unforgettable experience immersed in uncontaminated nature?
  The Adocentyn ecovillage, located in the heart of northern Tuscany, awaits you to experience an adventure dedicated to sustainability and collaboration.
  
  Currently, it is me, Max, the founder of the project, who lives here all year round and I am looking for enthusiastic collaborators. We are also looking for volunteers for long periods (from 1 to 4 months). This experience will allow you to learn for free many concepts that you would learn in years of travel or courses, instead spending a lot of money.
  
  What awaits you:

  Immersion in Nature: Forget the chaos of the city and breathe pure air, among crystal clear streams and centuries-old woods. It is easily accessible but far from traffic and pollution, a true refuge in nature.
  Practical Learning: Learn to cultivate the garden organically, from sowing to harvesting.... Get familiar with animals: geese, ducks and chickens will become your daily companions. Discover the secrets of organic beekeeping and transform the products of the earth into delicious preserves and sauces.

  Permaculture and Green Building: Explore the principles of permaculture and apply them in practice. Participates in the construction and maintenance of green building structures, learning to keep existing buildings efficient
  •
  Forest Management: Become the guardian of the forest resource, maintaining the paths and learning to respect the environment
  •
  Renewable Energy: All electricity used in the project is produced from renewable sources.
  •
  Unique Experiences: Collect mushrooms and chestnuts in autumn, dive into nearby waterfalls in summer, discover historic villages and take part in local events
  •Collaboration and Sharing: You will be part of a close-knit group, where collaboration is the key to achieving food, energy and economic self-sufficiency. You will have the chance to plan future activities together with Max, the founder of the project, who lives here all year round.
  •
  Flexibility: Activities generally take place from 7.30am to 12.30pm, leaving you free in the afternoon to explore the surroundings, pursue your hobbies or relax. Times may vary depending on weather conditions. For example, in summer, activities could be 3 hours morning and 2 hours after 3 p.m. Sundays are free.
  Requirements:

  Spirit of adaptation: Life in an ecovillage requires open-mindedness and flexibility
  •
  Enthusiasm and desire to learn: The project is looking for curious people ready to get involved
  •
  Autonomy: It is preferable to be independent when traveling, by car, motorbike or bicycle.
  •
  No fear of getting dirty: If you have problems with bugs, getting your hands and clothes dirty, this place may not be for you.
  Responsibilities: Take care of your accommodation and all facilities in the project. Whoever breaks, pays
  In case of inappropriate, rude behavior or failure to respect punctuality and care of things or people, permanence at the Adocentyn project is no longer guaranteed.

  Your free time:

  Hiking: Explore the national and European trails that cross the area
  Waterfalls: Immerse yourself in the cool waters of nearby waterfalls within 4 km
  •
  Culture and history: Visit museums and historic buildings in nearby towns
  •
  Local events: Participate in festivals and events organized by local municipalities
  •
  Farmhouses: Discover the farms in the area that produce honey, cereals, cheeses and much more. You can also go horseback riding

  Services:
  energy from solar panels , water comes from the mountain , there are 3 toilet with hot water and shower ( inside the woodenhouse and stone house) and 1 compost toilet , easy road access with 3 km of gravel road .

  Arbeit

  general maintenance , help in the organic vegetable garden ( seeding, transplanting, harvesting, ) to provide food to the voolunteers, give every day food to the animals ( dog, geese, chickens ) , cooking , preparing wood for winter, building a storage area , harvesting honey and many more activities

  Unterkunft

  I can provide you : 5 bed in wooden chalet or a double tent placed in the garden around the house, blankets , 3 shared bathroom ( 2 with hot water and shower).
  
  The property have fence so you don't have to worry about wild animals at night.
  
  Some food is self produced and 100% organic . I can share organic vegetables, fruit and honey produced in the project in the daily food.
  Every day we share 3 meals ,and some of the food cames from the farm ( fruit, vegetables, eggs , honey) . All this is included as part of the exchange

  All around the project you can walk in many different footpath, gravelroad fully surrounded by nature .
  
  The city next to the project ( 13 km by car ) have an old Castle , tipical restaurant , craftsmen and all the shops .
  
  Only 45 minutes from the sea !!!
