Quais são suas habilidades?
I bring a diverse range of skills that i've accumulated through experience. With a strong foundation and roots in meditation and mindfulness i know how to center myself. I've also guided others through practices that promote focus and well-being.
I also have a deep love for working with my body, which has taken the form of acrobatics, movement and dance.
I've enjoyed teaching these skills to children in the form of gymnastics and parkour.
I've also facilitated dance-workshops for adults and children.
I have experience in carpentry and wood work which i've also instructed to children in schools.
When working with children my core values is based on helping children find their own passion and creativity and express that!
I'm multifaceted, open to learning and ready to take on a variety of tasks or challenges.

It felt like i was prioritized and my needs where met.
She cooked natural food from the farm. She communicated when she needed help. Which made me be able to relax when she didn't and do what i saw was needed when i felt.
She taught me Swahili everyday and her son was well-raised and helpful.
She's running and amazing school.
She lives in a very poor but safe neighborhood but there's no shortage of food. It grows a lot of Papayas and in the village there's almost any food you can think of.
