I'm currently studying computer science and Chinese at the University of Melbourne, and I am about to graduate this year in June. I am very friendly, and I love the outdoors and animals.

I am hoping to travel to Taiwan for a few months after graduating university, to practise my Chinese and to get to experience Taiwanese culture. I have already spent one month living in Tainan last year, where I studied Chinese at 成功大學, and I am hoping to be able to experience life in other Taiwanese cities, and to be able to speak Chinese with my workaway hosts.

I love learning Mandarin and hope that I can speak Mandarin every day while I am living in Taiwan. I would also be interested in learning Cantonese or Taiwanese, but I can't speak either of them yet. I speak fluent English, and am happy to help you practise your English or to teach your children English

I have worked in customer service for about 4 years in Australia, so I have good people skills and a good work ethic.
I can do tasks around the house, gardening, looking after small children or household pets. I live with 3 cats who I help look after, and I love to cook.
As an Australian I speak fluent English which I can teach you, and I speak beginner-intermediate mandarin

Rae speaks and reads Chinese so well that it impressed us a lot. Students had a great time in her cultural presentations. Students at my school enjoyed making fairy bread with her. I had a great time staying in Taichung with Yuzhen and her family! Yuzhen and her husband both speak perfect English, and their son Randy speaks pretty good English as well (and I'm sure Connie will too once she's a bit older).
