Hello!! I’m Charlie, currently living up in Scotland (Glasgow). I’m currently saving up money to go travelling for a year, after which I’ll hopefully be joining the fire brigade back in the UK/Australia 🤞

I love working holidays, especially those that involve the great outdoors!! Also love working with and around people, although I’m also happy with working on my own. With the love of the outdoors. I also love being around animals, so working/living with them is no problem! I have a Degree in Human Geography (Brighton University) and previous work has included Bartending, waitering, Labouring (Boss was a Carpenter), amongst a few other odd jobs.

In my spare time I enjoy Yoga, bouldering, running and anything outdoorsy!! I’m also in the process of learning Spanish so any help is massively appreciated!!

Quais são suas habilidades?

I’ve always loved working outdoors, despite not learning a trade, I’ve worked a lot in building sites, so I’m no stranger to getting my hands dirty.

Previously worked in a hostel in Portugal where I was the gardener/bartender for 2 months. As well as spending years working in bars and restaurants.

Always grown up around pets, and my dad used to work with Horses, so am familiar with working with animals.

Spent 4 months volunteering for a refugee charity in Calais where we distributed clothes and food, as well as socialising/playing games with the children.

Although I can cook, I wouldn’t say I’m the best 🫠. But I’m always open to learn new recipes to show the family!

I’m currently serving in the Military as part of the Royal Marines, so love l to work hard, especially if it’s outdoors no matter what the weather is.

Overall I’d love to say I have a good attitude towards work, and working with people. As well as a drive to learn ANY new skills wether that’s languages (Spanish), cooking, gardening, carpentry… the list is endless.
