Hi, I'm Victoria!
A food nerd who's currently living in Denmark studiyng health and nutrition. I love to develop new veggie recepies, attempt to regrow produce and wander up and down the aisles of grocery stores. When I'm not head deep in a cookbook i draw (croquis, sketches, still life) and shake my butt to the beat of music. I have a background within the dance world and are mostly versed in contemporary, but have ventured out of my comfort zone and are learning about pole dance.

These last few years I’ve stayed at various locations around the world to work and volunteer and it has given me so much joy. Both the social aspect and the fact that I get to use my hands and mind in continuously new ways is incredible!

Since I’ve been travelling around for a while I quickly feel at home and are ready to take on tasks. As a fast learner I haven’t had any issues even though I’ve stayed in widely different places. Generally I prefer long-term stays since being a part of a crew or family and learning about the culture takes time, but if an interesting opportunity pops up, I'm always curious.

My experience with volunteering started at a monkey sanctuary for a year in South Africa followed up by half a year in London as an au pair. Then I’ve stayed at 2 different self sufficient farms respectively in Sweden and South Africa. I worked almost 2 months at a glamping resort in the Portuguese mountains and afterwards a month in a hostel in Croatia. Then I helped out at a place for digital nomads at the coast in Montenegro and couchsurfed up and down the coast of Spain.
