Ciao/Sveiki everyone, this is Giulia and Martin

Spring is one of the busiest time of the year and we are ready to go all in, looking forward to helping out with projects and learning new skills.
Rain or shine, we love spending time outdoors and don’t mind getting our hands dirty!

I was born in the northern part of Italy and since I was 19 I’ve been living abroad in different countries such as the United States, Croatia and Portugal.
To sum it up I like to say I have Italian blood, yet international mindset.
I’m a genuinely curious, nurturing and respectful person. I value openness and constructive criticism.
In the past couple of years I had two amazing Workaway experiences and helped with gardening, up keeping bee hives and house maintenance. I also have lots of babysitting experience under my belt :)

I value hard work and challenges, the same goes for slow pace and quiet time.
Isn’t finding a good balance between this what life is about?


M: 🇱🇻
I was born in Ventspils, a small but beautiful town on the West coast of Latvia. Being the flattest area in country, I naturally developed a curiosity of mountains, which in time turned into a passion.
In the summer of 2021 I had an opportunity to spend a summer in Italy, so I got all the necessary equipment and started walking to the North from Rome. The path is called Via Francigena, people usually go towards the Vatican, a symbol of a holy place, but for me it was the other way around - my heaven was in the mountains. My walk ended 6 weeks later when I reached the peak of Gran Paradiso which was more than 1000 km away from my starting point. I got to experience the nature and the people of Italy on a whole new level.

Now I would like to get to know the nature and people of Norway by immersing myself in a new way. I am practical, love physical activities, have experience with and an understanding of construction, just give me the tools!
Love to do cleanups and gardening too.
Whatever I decide to do, I do to the best of my abilities, quality over everything else.

I work in hospitality….on air, as a flight attendant. This means I deal with all kinds of people! Thanks for this (or because of) I feel like my situational awareness is stronger than ever.
I love cooking, especially baking.
