I am a young woman with a contemplative and compassionate nature who is curious and open-minded on the nature of reality. I grew up in Bali, Indonesia, originally from Serbia and Slovenia and have spent the last 7 years living in the Netherlands. I am multi-culti as they say! I love to dance, cook, read, meditate, make art, garden, hike, and work with my hands on different projects. My interests are primarily within the field of Holistic health and spirituality. I am in awe of the biological microcosm of the body, and studied biomedical sciences. Nutrition, movement, emotional well-being, social well-being, spiritual well-being, all of these aspects are important to me, and I love to learn and understand why. Now, I am dropping the intellect and learning to live it, embody it fully moment by moment.
I have explored many modalities of holistic health and spiritual teachings, and find that the simplest act of loving attention and feeling is the most profound, as it unfold us into the subtle. Dance has been a very central part of my life, and has been a way to cultivate deep listening and allowing. Dance taught me, among many things, how to read body language and use movement to liberate ourselves from structures of self and story that keep us from our supple Self. I live with an integral sense of love and compassion, the humble heart at the center. I hope to share in the heart wherever I go, and am happy to use my hands to make beautiful things or write. I have some experience with building tools, construction, painting, gardening, animal care, cooking, cleaning, and worked in hospitality, I do it with a smile. I can also share yoga classes, meditation, ecstatic dance, and massage. I recently did a traditional Tantra yoga training and spent two months in China learning Taiji Chuan. The intersection between mind, body and spirit is important to me, and movement and touch have been fundamental to my journey of inner exploration.
The simplicity of joy in my heart anchors me in every experience, and I offer my care and attention to everything I do.
I love to feel alive and the vibrant subtlety of life to thrive in every cell of my being.
I hope to laugh with you, eat with you, learn from you, sing with you, and maybe even cry with you. Deepening together into the stillness that sustains us.
