Hej Hej! I’m SumYu from Hong Kong, I recently completed my exchange studies here in Sweden. I’ve really enjoyed my time so far, and now that my exchange period is over, I would love to travel a bit before continue studying.

One of my greatest motivations is traveling for food, which is a significant priority for me. I find immense joy in turning every meal into a small act of love for the wonderful people around me. Sharing the culinary delights from my hometown allows me to offer a cultural experience to my international friends, and this brings me happiness. Cooking and sharing meals is my way of connecting with others and celebrating diverse cultures, which enriches my travel experiences and personal growth.

I am a fourth-year student studying Social Sciences, majoring Ageing Studies and Service Management. My studies focus on addressing the needs and opportunities of an ageing population through innovative service solutions

Work Experience
* I have interned twice as a Program Assistant in an NGO and an education company, where I helped with events and hosted them.
* I participated in a school social service project working on a farm, assisting a one-man operation under an NGO, where I helped with farm maintenance, paving, and weeding.
* I have worked part-time as a customer service officer in a performance center and handled administrative tasks in an NGO.

Volunteer Experience:
I have volunteered in Hong Kong, distributing meals to the homeless. This experience allowed me to apply my social science knowledge directly to serve the community, enhancing my communication and organizational skills.

My sense of responsibility is evident in the various activities I participate in, and my love for sports, particularly as a member of the rowing club at my home university, has honed my teamwork skills and perseverance.
