I enjoy learning new skills as well as sharing my own.I like cooking,carpentry,woodworking, gardening,different types of art,hiking,swimming,camping,and numerous other things.Im motivated by happy people who like spreading the joy.I like completing projects and getting a good feeling of accomplishment.
I'm 66 years young and hope to work well into my 80's.I believe when you stop working you start dying.

When I was 16 I moved to Houston from NW Pennsylvania and framed homes. I later went into the job corps and continued with carpentry and wood working and received a GED.Then joined the Navy & served four years.Ived worked several years as a plumbers helper,then counterman for a plumbing and heating supplyhouse.I then moved back to Houston from Colorado and continued carpentry.I've cooked in several different restaurants,usually in my offtime from construction during winter.I'm currently in my fourth year of my second Workaway gig as a Caregiver for intellectually disabled adults in an intentional village called Innisfree in the blueridge mts of Virginia.My first Workaway gig was on an offgrid homestead in northern California.Mainly chopping wood.Also mowing and gardening.
