Hey there!

I'm Louis, a 21 years old French student currently living in Hong Kong.

I am looking for travel experiences in East Asia, especially Chinese-speaking countries. I learn mandarin for almost three years, it's still not the best mandarin ever, but enough to have discussions ; and I am trying to improve it more and more.

I have never made any workaways before, but I'm sure I would appreciate it. I have time, energy, and I'm always eager to learn. I want to meet people, and to be useful by contributing with what I know or what I can learn.
I can speak both French and English fluently, I am currently learning mandarin, I have done farm works, I have given French lessons in Hong Kong, I have helped to renovate a house.

More details about my language interests
I want to learn a new language, it could be a local language or just improving a language I currently learn. I dare to speak with other people even if I make mistakes, and I believe by practicing, a language can be learn easily. I gave French lessons to Hong Kong and Chinese students, in English. I prepared for each week a theme with vocabulary linked and a few grammar points, so that they were not lost by the complexity of the language.

My working experiences can be summed up in three summer jobs as a worker, in a pan factory and in a supermarket. It was jobs within a team.

I study political science, I'm currently in my 3rd year which is an exchange program with HKBU, a university based in Hong Kong. Therefore, I continue to improve my English speaking, and also my Mandarin thanks to friends I met and classes I follow. I'm trying to learn Cantonese, but I am a very begginer. I could travel around Asia, in China, Macao, and Taiwan.

Back in France, I help my family to clean everything, inside and outside the house, I live in a house next to a forest so it has to be cleaned regularly. We also renovated a mountain traditional house, so I learnt a bunch of things related to building and DIY.

I am also a huge fan of drawing and crafting. I am used to draw since a few years, and I try to develop my writing skills and to maintain friendships with my friend from Asia and Europe throughout a lot of letters.
