  • Descripción

Coucou ! I am studying International Relations, specializing in Sociology. I just finished doing a gap year in which I worked in Paris as an assistent teacher, did a French Intensive Course, developed an ethnographic investigation in Morocco, and did Workaway projects around Europe, mostly around the topic of Education and Migration. I would like to use my time on Earth to explore the world and get to know humanity in depth.

I'm interested in every subject. Life is just too rich. I love learning, exploring and creating. I feel quite plastic and I love hearing new points of view, refining ideas, sculpting new theories. Please, let's discuss big or small topics. Or maybe climb trees. Or stay silent. Let's exist together, shall we?

I believe that in this life, we are born twice: the first, when we open our eyes for the first time and discover ourselves as being in this world, and the second, when we realize we are truly a part of this world. I am on an incessant and tireless search for my essence, and I know that community life has made me realize that I am an integral part of the cosmos, a mere comma in the vast text of the universe. This makes me believe that I can, we can, make the world a better place and positively impact reality (at least our own). It would be a pleasure to discuss how to advance the utopia of a planet where all its complex systems connect and interact harmoniously with the people that will cross my path!

I have already travelled more intermitently, but also experienced a more nomadic lifestyle. I am so excited to meet new people, to let different environments surprise and challenge me. I can't wait to try new things, to see my reality expand.
Perhaps it is an ambitious aim, but I would like to change the world throug the power of education, languages and creative empowerment :-) Please, let's do it together! Let's be the force that creates the reality we want to live in!

I was lucky enough to grow up in an environment that encouraged me to learn languages, with a father who was the son of an emigrant and a mother of Brazilian nationality. In fact, since I've had the opportunity to live international experiences as part of the ERASMUS+ project, I've come to realize that nothing fascinates me more than languages. I find it absolutely astonishing that human beings from such different socio-cultural backgrounds find a way to communicate through language. I'm fascinated to think that letters, phrases, metaphors and languages are the means by which humanity connects desires, fears and passions, creating real links between them. I believe that teaching a language goes far beyond simply mastering the rules of grammar. For me, teaching a language to a group of individuals means equipping them with autonomy, the capacity for action and critical thinking. Teaching a language means giving others the tools they need to build the world they want to live in, and this becomes increasingly relevant if we take into account the importance of civic participation in the construction of international reality. I also believe that teaching should not be a space of authoritarianism and verticality, but that it can take on non-formal dimensions that create an environment in which learning can be constructed by all the players involved. Believing that education should address the individual as a whole, I aim to integrate my understanding of different areas of knowledge into my teaching approach. My experience with yoga and meditation, as well as with dance, body-space awareness, history, sociology, psychology, and cultural and religious studies, has shaped my vision of learning as a multidimensional process. I believe this holistic perspective allows me to support my students’ emotional, social, and intellectual growth. Education, to me, is not a market tool but a human process of awakening. It is through education that individuals recognize themselves as free beings — not mere consumers of reality, but co-creators of it. Learning is never an isolated act; it unfolds within a collective context, where each person’s growth contributes to the transformation of the whole. If I can take part in this process, helping others to discover their own freedom and creative power, I will feel that my role as an educator — and as a human being — is truly fulfilled.

I love group situations, meeting new people, exchanging ideas and laughter, and I also love long walks in the forest, listening to birdsong, swimming in the river exclusively in the presence of trees and flowers. I am absolutely passionate about pedagogy and (socio)psychology. I LOVE LANGUAGES. I believe in the infinite potential of every human being and I am certain that education can promote it. I fear that society has made us afraid of freedom and I believe that my [our] job as an individual [as a community] is to allow ourselves to enjoy our full freedom. I'm fascinated by children's creativity. I've already written a book. I'm suuuper easy-going and you'll feel comfortable, listened to and loved by my side - promised! I'm a biophile: I love life, all forms of life. I like crafts. I'm a quick learner. I'm calm and good at managing high-pressure situations. I love to laugh (I do it easily). I'm an excellent cook (veggie food).
And finally, my favorite skill: I am happy.
