Descripción
We are Harry & Geke and we run a campsite and BnB. We are both originally from the Netherlands but moved to Zambia many years ago to work in Agri-processing. A few years ago, we started transforming our family house into a place that visitors can call home.
We accommodate overlanders on our campsite or in our house with beautiful green gardens, trying to create a peaceful setup with the capital city (Lusaka) “just around the corner” for shopping, visa applications, etc. We also host lodge- and farm owners who need to do business in town or business people who like to escape the “hustle and bustle” from the city.
We are looking for somebody with overlanding/travel experience who can assist with project in and around the house/campsite and "front of house" tasks; welcome guests, show them around the camp, answer all their questions and join them for a drink and/or our homecooked meal at night. We prefer a couple or solo traveler to stay a minimum of 02 weeks.

A room/tent with shared bathroom. Food will be provided; breakfast and lunch are to be prepared in our communal kitchen. A nice home cooked dinner is prepared during the week by one of our staff members.

He looked after our BnB & campsite while we were out. He helped fixing the roof, he entertained and welcomed guests, he assisted the builder, he just did anything and everything that came on to his path.
Agnetha looked after our bnb and campsite while we went on a two week trip around Zambia. She did great and our guest described her as a lovely host.
I was at Lokasa about 3 weeks and I love the place!
If its posible for anyone to be a volonteer at Lokasa! I realy recomend this place!
