Hi, my name is Anet and I work for the sustainable and ethical certification Fairtrade in my native city, Prague. My big passion is meaningful travel, given that I have lived in 6 different countries and frequently hop on a plane to go explore some place whenever I have a few free days.

Due to my studies being focused on aspects of sustainability, I am eager to learn all the different ways people can sustain themselves, create, grow and comply with nature, while reaping the benefits of living sustainably. At the same time I want to meet some wonderful people, whom I can help however I can in their efforts to maintain their land, farms & gardens and get some physical, fresh air work done, as opposed to always sitting in front of a computer :)
I love to learn new languages (especially those coming from Latin) and I am fluent in Czech, English and Spanish (I have some level of Portuguese although sometimes I mix in Spanish words, resulting in a 'Portunhol' :)

I am currently taking a break from city life and desk job, and want to spend my time as productively as I can and I believe this is the perfect opportunity for both you and me so that we can create, build and grow something together and make some great memories too.
I am not afraid of physical work and happy to take part in any project, however demanding. I have a previous experience volunteering with Workaway on a farm in Portugal for a couple months, where we did gardening, house renovations and building, feeding livestock and cooking and sharing meals. During my studies I have participated in building eco-houses for disadvantaged communities in Mexico and teaching English in a local primary school. I have spent a few weeks at an eco-farm in Veracruz, learning about permaculture. I have also spent a month in Nicaragua working on a project to clean a rural river La Grandeza, where the waste from the city’s waste disposal was being dumped. All in all, I would like to use this way to help with interesting projects, do meaningful work for a community, learn about alternative lifestyles, meet new people and make this an unforgettable experience.

I'm really passionate about holistic nutrition (healthy recipes and cooking), being active, mindful movement (yoga, pilates), long walks and alternative & natural health/healing methods.
I'm a wine lover (especially organic and biodynamic wines) and I worked in a natural wine shop. Huge fan of good light roasted coffee prepared in an aeropress . Also a beginner golfer (not really a good one though 😂). Love sharing ideas and knowledge, learning new skills and interested in alternative lifestyles.
