  we are 4 French, Maël 32 years old, Loïs 35 years old, Tristan 33 years old and Benjamin 35 years old.
  We built a wooden hostel in northern Colombia, on the Caribbean coast, next to a small fishing village called Capurgana.
  The site is located by the sea, on a small bay between the tropical forest and the Caribbean Sea.
  The land is 2500m², we have a main structure which serves as a bar, restaurant and meeting/resting space. Around it, bungalows spread over the entire surface of the land. around the bungalows we have a garden of fruit trees..

  You will have the opportunity to mingle with the Colombian culture, practice or improve your Spanish with the local workers and your French with us.
  
  We live in the heart of nature! Here, no cars, just motorboats and mules!

  We ask for help in general maintenance, order and organization of spaces. laundry, preparation of rooms/beds. Welcoming tourists, gardening, handling, painting or a repair project... the needs are varied and depend on the time of year, the number of tourists present in the hostel. ..
  
  In the hostel we have a person in charge of the kitchen and food preparation, we only ask the volunteers for collaboration to assist the cook if necessary, but normally they take care of other tasks and only 5 hours per day with two days of rest a week.

  Alojamiento

  You will sleep in the dormitories of the hostel, the beds are equipped with mosquito nets. Toilets are available outside the dormitory.
  The site is equipped with electricity and wi-fi.
  
  
  We propose :
  working days :
  3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
  rest days :
  2 meals a day (breakfast, dinner).

  Although the hostel is located in the jungle, the beach and its activities are very close (3 min walk).
  If you like the marine world, you can take your flippers, snorkel and diving mask and go swimming in the beautiful bay of El Aguacate.
  If you go scuba diving you might be able to see small reef sharks, turtles, stingrays and all kinds of colorful fish and coral.
  
  
  If you are more of a hiker in the forest, don't forget to look up to see monkeys, sloths, toucans, birds of prey, parrots, studs, etc...!
  On your way, you will also come across impressive ants, as well as all kinds of frogs, spiders and even some felines if you are lucky!
  Going to Capurgana by boat will take you 15 minutes.
  Of course, you can also get there on foot, which will take longer (1 hour) but will allow you to enjoy a pleasant and sporty route.
  at the hostal you can also enjoy the volleyball and basketball court!
