  Hi, my name is Niko and I run a family business — hostel in Fethiye, Turkey, on the Aegean Sea cost. In our hostel we host backpackers and travellers from all around the world. We need help related to our daily duties which are general maintenance and gardening, housekeeping and cleaning, hospitality, reception and even more. I work in the hostel with other members of my family and with paid employees. Currently, our employee team compose from 3 members responsible for reception, food and beverage, housekeeping and general maintenance. Total number of our team members depends on the occupancy level all around a year. Our volunteers should help with some minor responsibilities. Our volunteers can enjoy our facilities, benefits of our business and explore the surrounding. We can accommodate up to 6-7 volunteers working 5 days with 2 days off in a week. Volunteers have time to go to the near beach or stay around our swimming pool. We are looking for motivated and flexible people to join us.

  Our volunteers can meet many people from all around the world and Turkey, explore local area and culture. Our volunteers can improve their language skills in Turkish and other languages. They can learn about traditional Turkish cuisine and cuisines of nations. The Fethiye region is famous with beautyfull islands and beaches (Ölüdeniz Lagoon), antic town excavations (Tlos, Pınara, Patara, Letoon, Xanthos, Telmessos) and other historical and natural beauties (Kayaköy, Saklikent Gorge, Butterfly Valley). Our volunteers can experience all this together with my family and local employees, with our guests and/or with other volunteers who stay in our hostel.

  We are looking for volunteers who can help us with daily duties which are general maintenance and gardening, housekeeping and cleaning, hospitality, reception work and even more. We have 14 rooms, swimming pool with garden and an open-air shared kitchen and our own food facilities.

  We provide shared accommodation in hostel like rooms with a bathroom share only for volunteers.
  
  We provide food for our volunteers - breakfast and basic food supplies for lunch however we can not provide all food which volunteers want.

  Our hostel is located in Fethiye town which is famous with beauty full islands, beaches and antic town excavations where one can travel for a day trip. During the mentioned days off volunteers can travel a bit further away from the town and explore Turquoises coast of Turkey.

  We expect from our volunteers to work 5 days in a week with 2 days off. During the working day we expect from volunteers to be ready to help us for up to 5 hours of basic work in a week.
