Hello,
This farm is located in a quiet and peaceful village in Ermenek, Karaman — a place where silence still has a voice.
Here, I live a simple, solitary, and grounded life, closely connected with nature.
This is a 10-acre land.
My house overlooks a calm lake; it is surrounded by pine trees, olive groves, vineyards, and fields of lavender.
Waking up to birdsong here is not a luxury — it is daily life itself.
There is a main house and a small, charming guesthouse on the property.
Life flows here together with cats, dogs, and poultry. The animals are not decoration; they are part of the rhythm of this place.
Internet access is provided via mobile phone.
Construction and gardening work are ongoing — there are seeds to be planted, trees to be grown, animals to be cared for, and flowers that need attention.
This is not a “finished” place; it is a living place shaped by shared effort.
There is plenty of space for drying fruit, making jam, pickles, tomato paste, vinegar, and even experimenting with wine.
It is a place to slow down, to produce with your hands, and to respect natural time.
I have a deep interest in social history, culture, and archaeology.
I especially enjoy conversations with people who love history and are interested in archaeological walks and explorations in the surrounding area.
Anyone who dreams of a life close to soil, plants, and silence should be ready to accept the real challenges of rural living.
This is not a holiday destination. It is a way of life — and for many, a therapeutic space.
There are also long-term living opportunities for those who wish to leave the city and realize agricultural production projects.
Three meals a day are provided.
I warmly welcome those who sincerely wish to stay long-term and truly become part of this place.
This is a calm, patient, long-lasting place; it is not very suitable for short visits.
Workawayers are welcome to come with their own tent or caravan if they wish.
Suitable areas for tents and caravans are available.

A Workaway participant becomes part of the house, the land, and the daily routines.
Cultural exchange happens naturally through cooking and eating together, taking care of the garden and animals, doing simple construction work, seasonal food production, and village life.
Openness and mutual respect are important.
I enjoy learning from different cultures and sharing my own experiences.
Those who wish to stay and live here for a longer period are given priority.
This is not a stopover place for people just passing through.
For those who wish to come here and develop long-term projects, this is a suitable place.
