  We are a family-run nature resort and restaurant in the Bavarian Alps, surrounded by meadows, forests and wide mountain views.
  
  Our hotel has been part of our family for generations – today, we are continuing this journey with fresh ideas, a clear focus on quality and a deep connection to nature. What once started as a traditional guesthouse is now slowly evolving into a place for people who seek peace, authenticity and genuine hospitality.
  
  Alongside the hotel, we run our own à la carte restaurant, where we cook seasonally, with care and respect for good ingredients. We love good food, warm conversations and creating an atmosphere where guests truly feel at home.
  
  Our project is about more than just running a business – it’s about building a place with soul. A place where guests, locals and helpers alike can slow down, feel welcome and be part of something real.
  
  We enjoy working with open-minded, kind and reliable people who are curious about hospitality, nature and everyday life in a small Alpine village.
  
  We offer a paid position with hourly wage according to the German minimum wage, plus accommodation and meals.

  Cultural exchange at our place happens naturally through everyday life, shared work and shared meals. As a family-run hotel and restaurant in the beautiful Bavarian Alps, we enjoy spending time together, exchanging stories and learning from each other.
  
  Workawayers are welcome to join us for meals, conversations and daily routines, gaining insight into hospitality in a small Alpine village, local traditions and regional food culture.
  
  Our location is an important part of the experience: we have our own natural swimming pond, several hiking trails starting directly at the hotel, and are surrounded by meadows, mountains and fresh alpine air.
  
  At the same time, we are well connected – Garmisch-Partenkirchen is only 15 minutes away, and Innsbruck (Austria) about 35 minutes. Several beautiful lakes are located nearby and easy to reach.
  
  We value respectful communication, openness and curiosity. Everyone brings their own background, ideas and experiences – and we see this exchange as a mutual enrichment.
  
  Our place is ideal for people who enjoy authentic encounters, nature, quiet moments and meaningful connections, rather than organized activities or a busy social program.

  Ayuda

  We are looking for friendly, motivated and reliable people who enjoy being part of a small team and helping in everyday hotel and restaurant life.
  
  The help can include:
  
  - Assisting in the kitchen (simple preparation, cleaning, helping the chefs)
  - Supporting our service team and guest areas
  - Housekeeping tasks
  - Depending on the season, some help outdoors (garden, terrace, nature around the hotel)
  
  Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality or cleaning is very welcome, but not required. We are happy to explain all tasks step by step. What matters most to us is care, reliability, attention to detail and a respectful attitude towards guests and colleagues.
  
  This position is ideal for people who take pride in creating a clean, welcoming environment and enjoy contributing behind the scenes to a great guest experience.

  Alojamiento

  We provide a comfortable private room with a 1.60 m double bed, making it suitable for individuals or couples.
  
  The room has its own private bathroom and is located within the hotel, offering a quiet and cozy atmosphere.
  
  While the room does not have a balcony, guests are welcome to enjoy our large outdoor areas, garden and terrace, as well as the surrounding nature directly outside the door.
  
  Bed linen and towels are provided, and the room is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

  As we are a hotel and restaurant, we are looking for people who are reliable, punctual and comfortable with daily routines. A positive attitude and openness to teamwork are very important to us.
  
  Please note that this is not a party place or a co-living project – our focus is on hospitality, nature and quality, balanced with mutual respect and free time.
  
  We appreciate open communication and are always happy to clarify expectations in advance, so that the stay is enjoyable for everyone involved.
