  About me: My name is Leandro, i am a developer who enjoys alternative life styles, I have travelled in a camper van in the past and decided to become more stationary in order to build an eco village.
  About my place: It is a big land, in the middle of Minas Gerais cerrado, in a city called Serra do Cipó, a waterfall paradise. There are LOTS of things to do nearby: Climbing spots, waterfalls, kaiaking, trekking, cycling, horse riding, etc.
  
  Help me with building a offgrid village at Serra do Cipo, a waterfall paradise in Minas Gerais Cerrado.
  I currently have a big land with only my old house in it. I am currently doing some reform of the house and the terrain, and need help with that. And I will soon start building a small off grid village here.

  Serra do Cipo is a waterfall paradise, with a huge river which crosses the city. You can do some hikings together if you are into that.
  Also there is a lot of cultural movement in the city, with a cultural center which is built by the descendants of the freed slaves from the region. Where we have Samba events, and Candombe.
  There are plenty of festivals during the year on the main square of the city and in nearby cities, you can expect to see many local cultural expressions like: Capoeira, Camdombe, Forro, Samba and so on

  External area for camp tent if you need more space or there is more than 1 person coming
  I will provide all food.
  I would be glad if the workawayers could help with preparing it sometimes, I can cook as well, but we might need to take turns cooking since I have my daily job.

  local sights: Search on the internet for: Serra do Cipo, Cachoeira Grande and Alto palacio, Serra do Cipo
  available transport: From Belo Horizonte (Capital) you have daily busses which take 1h30min to get there. Inside the city you most likely will have to move using a bicycle, I have one available.

  I am a developer myself and have a computer set on my home. We can arrange to have a table for you to work beside me. I have starlink connection with high speed internet
