  I have been working alone in the B&B for a couple of years now and I am looking for help for the Summer where the WA job is to clean the 4 rooms and help me in preparing breakfast, it is very nice for me to share and learn from the guys who have been working with me in this fun Summer job for about 10 years....
  
  I'm looking for a maximum of 2 WA, I start whit one in June and 2 July and August...1 in Sectember.
  
  The day off couldn't be the same for both of us, .. it would be great to have two girls who share the caravan but who may arrive and leave on different days and who can teach the newcomer the daily routine. Nice friendships have developed between WA over the years.
  
  One can move by bike to go to the Sea (2 km from here ) or by train to go anywhere even in a day ....Bologna, Venice, Florence...
  
  The sleeping accommodation would be in the Caravan in the garden (there are 2 separate beds) where I also sleep in the Caravan next door.
  Work starts more or less from 7:45 to 12:30...and 5 days a week.
  
  
  I declare that I will pay a customary wage for each hour of help required, as well as provide accommodation for WA and confirm that my offer complies with the local laws of the region.

  We can only provide hospitality in the Summer months with a few exceptions in spring, but I recommend looking at our calendar...

  In the garden especially in Spring, maintenance work along with Mirko, who works the wood and always builds something interesting, we need also help to keep clean...
  
  In Summer I need to serve breakfast in the garden and to clean the rooms, works that take place all in the morning, from 7,40 to 12,30....we prepare all together meal...and we eat together..and we clean together...
  
  We give one day free a week....and Bicycle to discover the Beach or go where do you want....in Summer we pay for your help but remember that this Experience is an Exchange.
  Lately Workaway seems more like a job search site .. consider food and bed, the pay is not equal to a worker who has his own home and who works 8 hours a day ...
  
  The breakfast it's better to have before or after to start the morning works....or make like me..I can have breakfast very fast (italian style....)..
  
  I would like that at meal time you helped me to prepare and also to clean the kitchen after eating ... unfortunately I often happened to the workawayer who would show up at the table as everything was ready and get up bringing only his plate and his glass to wash ..... here is a big family and everyone does something for everyone ... sometimes it can happen that I'm so busy that I struggle to make food, I would be grateful if you had the initiative ehehee
  You will have the house keys and you can stay even in my absence without problems.
  This year my husband and my son will not be present for work reasons and I will be alone like last year anyway ... among women I am fine but if you are a couple write to me that we will evaluate together ...
  The initiative is very welcome !!! I look stern but believe me to live together for a month without knowing before is not easy so 'I think it is better to make some basic things clear for us ....

  In his spare time you can visit Ravenna and take the course of Byzantine Mosaic , visit the rich hilly areas of Vinary or run between pine forests and natural beaches .... the fishing villages such as Cervia and Cesenatico are 10 minutes away by train.
  Bologna very old city is an hour by train, as Ferrara .
  Venice and Florence also visit daily ... 150km away
  The Beautiful Beach call Lido di Classe la Bassona is only 10 minutes by bike!!
  Cervia, 5 minutes by train is cute town whit Salinas and Flamingos..
