Descripción
Spring clean up and some painting needed to get house ready for summer.
Professional English guy needs basic help around villa, pool and garden. Kids present some weekends but this is not child care and more cleaning ironing occasional cooking, gardening, painting, tidying etc. I speak Spanish and English and can help with both. Also a keen cook. (Paella class included).
House is in mountain urbanisation 15 mins by car to beach (also daily bus). 25 mins pleasant walk or 10 min bike ride to Spanish village with shops bars etc.
I am chilled and sociable and happy to show visitors area and Costablanca in general. My work hours vary, sometimes in all day sometimes out all day. I travel all of the Costablanca so can drop visitors in interesting places for a morning/afternoon etc.
House rule 'Relax!'. This will suit people that are willing to do a few daily jobs but also that seek a bit of chill/holiday or study time. My (friendly) kids are here most weekends but there is also alot of relaxing time in the week. Language help with kids would be great but is not essential.
1 or 2 bedrooms available with shared bathroom or ensuite. Food provided. Mountain bikes available. Gym. Good kitchen . Big gas BBQ. Hammocks etc.

I have lived In Spain for 20 years. I have both Spanish and English friends and my kids speak both languages so converstational language help is easy. I would say I am not a typical Brit and live more of a Spanish life. I have travelled myself, including parts of South America, the states and India. But Spain is definitely home!
Summer is fiesta season so some fiesta visits most probable. My work has given me good knowledge of the Costa Blanca and Spain in general, so I can recommend places to go, or take visitors with me. Socialising with Spanish and English at home BBQ's and dinners out etc.
A general experience of the relaxed Spanish lifestyle in attractive surroundings. Choice from local mountain walks to historic towns, beaches and night life.

Ayuda
No heavy work. Some painting, mainly sweeping up and watering in garden, jet washing, basic pool cleaning. General house cleaning and some organisation of garage/storage etc. Cooking on occasion, though I can also teach cooking if you can only boil an egg! If you have a different language from English or Spanish I would be interested to learn the basics in return for helping you with the languages I know.
(I have daughters here on occasion so would rather female or couple workawayers for safety reasons)

Pleasant bedrooms (singles x 2). One looks out to pool. Other has small balcony. Shared bathroom (own bathroom and double bed also possible).
Lots of terraces at villa. Chill seating. Hammocks, use of pool.
The house is amoungst others (not isolated) but in natural mountian surroundings, greenery trees, shade and sun. Area is very popular for walking and cycling.
Food will be provided. When I am home typically cook and eat together. Otherwise cook for yourself. Decent gas BBQ also good for cooking al fresco!
I enjoy cooking and can teach some dishes inuding traditional Spanish paella cooked in the shade of the grape vine and normally with help from the kids.
I/we eat out quite alot so some invites probable.
Got 2 friendly pet cats who will show up on occasion.

Note that most things are a walk, bike ride bus or car trip away but all is close, with a 5km beach and town of Gandia 15 mins away by car. Local village has 4 bar/restaurants and a number of grocery shops. We are half way up a mountain with views to Ibiza from the top on a clear day.
The coast has some great beach bars restaurants and general night life.

She is good company and appreciative especially when it comes to good food and nature. She does eat sauces! Just not sugary ones.
A very intelectual woman with a good sense of humour and knowledge of herbal/plant treatments, also a good communicator with teenaged kids.
