I live with my 3year old kid, one gentile dog and a old horse.
Yes, looks like Pipi Lastrum, but not that crazy :)
We live in a rural quiet house in beautiful Pirinees.
I have a lot of plans for restore my lovely house and would like some help with that and/or babysitting.
AUTUMN
Because my kid is going to school now, I have more time to focus on
carpentery pregects.
So, ideally I'm looking for someone with carpentery skills, or someone how can help me sand, paint and follow my instructions for basic Carpenter tasks. Also by time to time I like to do a deap clinking day, if that's not a problem for you.
The working hours will be Tuesday to Friday from 9h to 16h with a lunch break.
Weekends, Monday and afternoons are free. But help with daily cleaning and cooking is expected us a
co-living cooperation.
During the week, we cook at 19h, dinner at 20h sleep at 21h
I like to talk and socialice, but I also need family time with my son. You can be sometime arrownd if you like kids, but it can allways be the possibility of some cry and and funny child situation :)
Weekends, I'm happy to go on adventure or exploring with you if you don't bring your on car, but we neet to figure out our plans including my son, or do parallel plans.
I expect you to share the diesel expenses on those experiences.

Attention!!
I do not work under sunny ours. At that time I swim in the lake, have picnics at the ribera and siesta in the hamoc.
That means probably we are going to wake up early to do some work.
Ideal y I'm looking for a woman or couple to help me cleaning up, babisitter and help me with some easy carpenter progects. Perhaps some garden tasks to.
On Fridays we go to Pont de Suert to do the shopping and socialize.
There will be some interesting events to join arround the territory.

Volunteers can learn a lot about gardening and growing vegetables (we grow many different kinds of vegetables) and living in the countryside (we chop wood, work with leather, etc).
I always try to take my volunteers with me whatever activity I do - meetings friends, cultural parties, visiting ecovillages - so basically volunteering with me is like sharing my lifestyle for a while. You must be open-minded and ready to jump in (or stay home and chill out)!

WINTER
From Monday to Friday, Aftter letting my baby at School, 9:30h we will start with carpenter projects.
Depending on the weather we can be sanding and painting out side or building a wooden floor inside.
With a quick coffee / tee time, we stop at 15h for lunch. During the afternoon we do dishes and cooking for the next day.
Saturday morning we do some deep cleaning for 2-3 hours (10-12h) and child out for the rest of the day.
Sunday I take you out on adventure to discover the environment.

De lunes a viernes, a las 9:30h empezamos con proyectos de carpintería.
Pulir y pintar a fuera si hace sol, construir un suelo dentro si hace frío o llueve.
Con un descanso para un almuerzo ligero, pararemos a las 15h para comer.
Por la tarde prepararemos la cena y comida del día siguiente.
El sábado por la mañana haremos 2-3 horas de limpieza profunda. (de 10-12h) Y descansaremos el resto del día.
El domingo iremos de aventura a conocer los alrededores.

*️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️ We live in Pallerol, a tiny village surrounded by mountains - a wonderful place in the middle of nowhere. There are 14 houses and only 5 persons living there all year around, the rest are for summer vacation
For groceries and other amenities we go to Pont de Suert, which is a 15 minute drive away.
The village it's near Vall de Boí, close to 'Aigüestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici National Park' and the tourist villages of Boi and Taull. We are also close to Posets-Maladeta natural Parc ( Aneto mountain) ant 2 hours driving from Ordesa y Monte Perdido natural Park. The natural spaces and scenery surrounding it are incredible, please Google it .
If you like rock climbing, there are a secrete spot called " the hideout" 10 minutes from home and a lot of amazing more spots arrownd the area. I' m not a climber, but I did it a few times and I'm ready for it.
In winter you can play ski in Boi Taüll Resort, or look for a job there if you are interested. Other ski station arrownd: Cerler and Baqueira-Beret. (1'5h driving)

The house (which used to be an old barn) is nice and bright. It has running water (hot and cold). Electricity is by solar panels - we have enough to watch a movie on a computer at night time, we run fridge and washing machine. We have good Internet signal, but not wifi. I can share from my hot spot for a wile. You can enjoy better and free internet at the library in town.
You will enjoy the yurt as room. It warms with a wood stove. It have a dry toilet near by, but you can use my bath room at the house.
On summer volunteers shawer out side with fresh water, but for winter you are alaut 3 warm shawer for week. Or quick daily one if we being working with sanding or something Messi.
We are not vegetarian, but we don't eat to much meet. In general, our meals are simple. You are free to buy what ever you like on town.
" Vivimos en Pallerol. Una tranquila aldea enclabada en un entorno natural. El pueblo mas cercano con tiendas y bar esta a 15 minutos en coche. La casa es calida y acogedora, tenemos electricidad con placas solares, no tenemos televisión, pero podemos ver una película en el ordenador por las noches. Tenemos lavadora y refrigerador . También tenemos agua caliente. No hay internet, pero yo puedo compartir de mi móvil.
Para el invierno disfrutarás de ya yurta como habitación. Se calienta con estufa de leña, pero no tiene agua corriente. Hay un wc seco para emergencias, pero puedes usar el de la casa, más calentito.
En verán los voluntarios se ducha en el exterior para disfrutar del agua fresca. Pero durante el invierno puedes tomar 3 duchas calientes por semana, o una rápida el día q hayamos trabajado puliendo o si nos hemos ensuciado mucho.
Estamos muy cerca del Parque Nacional de Aigüestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici. Y también de los parques de Posets-Maladeta Mamadera y un poco más lejos, Ordesa y Monte Perdido. Los espacios naturales alrededor, son impresionantes.
En invierno puedes practicar esquí en Boí Taull, o también en Benasque o Baqueira- Beret.
Si te gusta la escalada, hay un lugar llamado "el escondite" a 10 minutos de casa. Y muchas otras vías repartidas por toda la comarca: Alta Ribagorça.
No somos vegetarianos pero nuestra dieta es poco carnívora.-------

SUMMER WORKAWAYERS
Us we are surrounded by nature, there is a River and a lake just 5 minute from home and I use to go might day or afternoon. There are plenty of outdoor activities for your free time.
I can not allways join you for free time, because now that I have a child, I need to follow his readom. But we can figure out some plans together sometimes and another time you have to plan for yourself).
You can do hiking and mountain biking (if you bring your own bike!) and also book to go on excursions (rafting, canyoning, etc) I can help you for it.
There aren't public transport. So is allways better you bring your own car or we figure out.
Sometimes we get involved with traditional parties called 'Las Fallas' or 'correfoc' (you can Google it). The national park 'Aigüestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici' is very close.
Because the weather and the conditions can change, we must always be flexible. You must be ready to change plans very quickly. Every day is different here, and we work together to plan the day.
I'm 42 now and I getting quiet. But I like to work hard and long when I work, and be a lazy when I chill out. I like well done job.
I love have fun and party but I'm not a drank person. So alcohol have to be moderation. Isn't allowed smoke inside the yurt, at home or arround . Drugs are not allowed.
I put this because I do not want you to come and expect something different. I don't want you to be surprised and want to leave early. I ask for responsibility and commitment. If we agree a period of time for your stay.
I don't like to give false expectations. Please make all your questions.
True is: the more time you can give, and the more you are prepared to join in and get your hands dirty, the more experience you will get. Only If you adapt to this life will you enjoy yourself. I will teach you all I know, and my wonderful dogs will teach you as well

En tu tiempo libre puedes practicar senderismo, BTT, escalada y estamos muy cerca de una estación de eski.

We love receiving help and having the opportunity to meet people from all over the world, giving other people the opportunity to experience a different life and being able to share our knowledge.
Here are some things to consider before deciding if you want to volunteer with us:
We are early risers, especially during the summer months (6-7 a.m.) to avoid the heat during work hours, and siesta lovers. It is imperative that volunteers be able to adapt to this pace.
We are hard workers and appreciate efficient, well-paced volunteer work with a spirit of cooperation and enthusiasm for a job well done. (Some volunteers who are not used to physical work can't keep up with the pace, but if the work is efficient and we feel the pace is good, we will be happy to reduce working hours and have more time to relax and have fun).
We follow a fairly vegetarian diet with little sugar. But you can always buy your sweets on Friday when we go to Pont de Suert.
We execute the projects according to their priority, which means that you will not always be able to participate in all of them, since we do not like to have more than 3 open fronts. Even so, we will try to do everything possible so that your learning is of interest to you.
We are not the cleanest and most tidy people in the universe, but we believe that a minimum of organization and cleanliness is important in coexistence to respect everyone's living space.
We do not accept smokers nor are we a detox center.
We have forgotten these aspects for a long time, but we believe it is important to mention them, since in the past they have sometimes been the cause of conflict. Thank you very much for receiving and understanding them.
I am delighted to receive help. It is not necessary to have previous knowledge. Just good humor and a desire for adventure.
Nos encanta recibir ayuda y tener la oportunidad de conocer a personas de todo lo mundo, dando a otras personas la oportunidad de experimentar una vida diferente y poder compartir nuestros conocimientos.
Ay algunas cosas que debes contemplar antes de decidir si quieres hacer un voluntariado con nosotros:
Somos madrugadores, especialmente durante los meses de verano (6-7 a.m.) para evitar el calor durante las horas de trabajo, y amantes de la siesta. Es imprescindible que los voluntarios sean capaces de adaptarse a este ritmo.
Somos duros trabajadores y apreciamos un trabajo eficiente y a buen ritmo por parte del voluntario, con espíritu de cooperación y entusiasmo por un trabajo bien hecho. ( Algunos voluntarios que no están acostumbrados al trabajo físico no consiguen asumir el ritmo, pero si el trabajo es eficiente y nosotros consideramos que el ritmo es bueno, estaremos encantados de reducir las horas de trabajo y tendremos más tiempo para relajarnos y divertirnos).
Seguimos una dieta bastante vegetariana y con poco azúcar. Pero siempre puedes comprarte tus dulces el viernes cuando vamos a Pont de Suert.
Ejecutamos los proyectos según su prioridad, eso significa que no siempre podrás participar de todos, pues no nos gusta tener más de 3 frentes abiertos. Aun así, intentaremos hacer lo posible para que tú aprendizaje sea de tu interés.
No somos las personas más limpia y ordenadas del universo, pero consideramos que en la convivencia es importante un mínimo de organización y limpieza para respetar el espacio vital de todos
No aceptamos fumadores ni somos un centro de desintocxicacion.
Por mucho tiempo hemos olvidado estos aspectos, pero creemos que es importante mencionarlos, pues en el pasado han sido en ocasiones motivo de conflicto. Muchas gracias por recibirlos y comprenderlos.
No es necesario tener conocimientos previos. Sólo buen humor y ganas de aventura.
