  Hello! My name is Will and together with my wife Saira we live in a small Slovenian village near Lake Bled. We're British and we've been living in this beautiful country for seven years, and are slowly renovating an historic farmhouse. We live on the top floor of the farmhouse in a modern and comfortable apartment I built myself in 2022.
  
  Together with our two kids, we have built up a small zoo: Bella, the dog; Louis Liza and Greta the cats; Clover and Cloud the rabbits; Ivy the hamster, and Lettuce and Richard the tortoises.

  Is Slovenia the most beautiful country in the world when the leaves turn in the autumn? Come and find out! We're a short (dog) walk to rivers, forests and hills, and a hike to some big moutains, so this is a great opportunity for relaxing in unspoilt nature.

  Ayuda

  As well as house-sitting in our apartment, we would like you to feed and care for our animals. Bella the dog will need a decent walk every day and taking out for pees and poos, and depending on the weather the tortoises need some garden time to stretch their legs. As long as the food and water bowls are full the cats, rabbits and hamster look after themselves - although an appreciative stroke is always welcome!

  You'll stay in a beautiful timber framed apartment in a double bedroom with views of the mountains. If it gets cold, our log fire will keep you warm and cosy.
  
  You'll have the use of our kitchen and all the facilities, but we don't provide food during your stay.

  The internet can be a bit frustrating, although it does work well enough for our remote working careers.

  We have off street parking for your camper van and access to drains, water and electricity although we would like you to take the opportunity to stay in our house while you're here.
