  Hello traveler!
  We are a laid-back, good-vibes space located just minutes from La Punta Zicatela, Puerto Escondido. We’re building a community where travelers from all over the world connect through parties, music, sunsets, and unforgettable shared experiences.
  
  We’re looking for committed, friendly volunteers who are excited to join a young, multicultural team. Here, you don’t just help out, you become part of the tribe.

  You’ll live an authentic experience on the coast of Oaxaca, sharing life with travelers from all over the world.
  You’ll get to know the local culture, practice languages, and learn about hospitality, event planning, and community living — all in a relaxed, party-inspired atmosphere full of good vibes.

  Our hostel is a meeting point between locals and travelers from all over the world. You'll share the experience with a local team and international volunteers, creating the perfect environment for language exchange (mainly Spanish–English) and mutual cultural learning. You'll experience the authentic beach lifestyle while improving your social, language, and hospitality skills.

  Bed in a shared dorm with the rest of the team
  Daily breakfast and lunch included
  Discounts at our bar and restaurant
  Free entry or discounts to parties as part of the crew
  Discounts on tours, surf lessons, and extra activities (yoga, mezcal tours, etc.)
  Chill, beachy, and multicultural atmosphere
  We offer 2 meals a day and option of disccounts in the restaurant and bar plus the volunteers have access to their kitchen
  Volunteering means becoming part of a community that shares, supports, and celebrates life together.

  Keep your space clean and organized
  Respect others’ rest (no noise after 11 pm)
  No alcohol or substances allowed inside the room
  No external guests are allowed in the volunteer area
  Use headphones if you’re listening to music or watching something
  Please talk to the team if you need to change beds or if there’s any issue
