Hello! My name is Sofia 🤠
I'm a Southeast Asian (Malaysian-Chinese/Indian) Ceramic Artist and an Early Childhood Educator with a background in marketing and graphic designing.
I have been travelling for a year doing pottery workshops and collaborative works. This has truly been a journey that I would never be able to forget (in the best way possible) and that's exactly what I hope is in store for me here too!
I love to work with my hands so anything involving labor is my kinda jam ;)
I am well versed in working with children and teens. I've also participated in various volunteering centres like an animal rescue centre. I've worked in the F&B and retail line too. Most recently, I have been doing marketing, web dev. and SM management for a farm/lodge & retreats I have volunteered at! It's been lovely to find people that I resonate with & working together even after leaving!
I'm loving this experience and can't wait to seek more just like this! I also love to knit and scrapbook/journal in my free time :)
FYI I actually LOVE to cook in my free time. I have been really into making sauces (sambal) recently. I make a mean green curry too!

I mainly work with ceramics and teaching a variety of age groups within workshops and individual learning.
I have a background in social media management and graphic designing. I also have dabbled in several web development projects.
I am certified to work with young children but I have recently been loving teaching teens. They're a really fun bunch to work with!
I grew up homeschooled so I possess all the necessary skills for helping around house projects and work within that area too!
