Hi, my name is Silvana, I'm from Colombia and I returned home a couple of months ago after being in Australia for a while.

I'm a trauma-informed breathwork and cold exposure instructor, into health and wellness.

Love being in nature, around animals and creating new connections.


I did workaway in Australia in different farms helping in different activities, such as gardening, looking after animals, cleaning, painting and anything I could help.

Would love to learn about gardening, permaculture, sustainable living and would also love to teach my passion for breathwork and cold exposure.
