Hi my name is Regan. I grew up in the Northeast U.S. climbing trees, hiking, fly fishing, and snowboarding. When I graduated college I finally moved to the coast where I immersed myself in the ocean learning how to surf, kiteboard, oyster farm, and spearfish. I have always had a strong affinity for water and athletics so surfing has become a great passion in my life. I love doing manual labor it I think it brings a lot of satisfaction and learning new hands on skills is very rewarding. I also have studied and worked in the area of health care so forming relationships and caring for people is one of my strong callings in life. I aspire to help people as best I can to my abilities. I am always willing to share my knowledge as well as am open and interested in learning new methods of healing. I have a huge appetite for travel and adventure and would love to spend time in your home!

I have work experience serving, dock handing, general maintenance work, oyster farming, physical therapy, personal training, therapy for people with disabilities, yoga teaching, and child care. My expertise is mainly physical therapy including injury diagnosis, rehabilitation, and modalities. I have been studying this and been in the field for about 6 years. I am very drawn to physical labor, am quick to learn, and a very hard worker. Hopefully I can be a good addition to your home.

I love spending time exploring nature. Whether it is surfing, kiteboarding, snowboarding , skateboarding, spearfishing, snorkeling, fly fishing, or just going for a hike I spend all the time I can in nature. When I am not outside I enjoy knitting, reading, drawing, wood burning, and have dabbled in tying flies.
