Description
Hi! I’m Sarah, 25 years old and from Germany.
I’m currently in my final semester of university, studying to become a primary school teacher — working with children is a big passion of mine, and I love connecting with people in general.
I may seem a bit quiet when you first meet me, but once I feel comfortable, I open up quickly and enjoy talking, laughing, and sharing stories. I’m a positive and open-minded person, and I enjoy helping where I can.
Alongside my studies, I work at a school for children with autism and sometimes help out at a weekly market. These experiences have taught me to be organized, responsible, and adaptable. One thing I couldn’t live without is my weekly planner — I love staying organized!
In my free time, I enjoy being creative (especially watercolor painting), reading, going for walks, cooking, meeting friends, exploring new places, visiting museums, or going to the theater. I’m always curious to learn something new and excited to experience different ways of living.
I’m looking forward to meeting new people, helping out, and learning from the experience!

More details about your skills
I’m currently studying to become a primary school teacher with a focus on German and Protestant Theology. Through my studies and practical experience, I’ve developed a lot of patience and a strong ability to connect with children.
After finishing high school, I spent a year in the USA doing a voluntary social year (FSJ), where I worked with youth groups. That experience not only helped me improve my English, but also taught me how to live independently and adapt to new situations with ease.
For the past four years, I’ve been living in a shared flat, so I know how to live with others, respect shared spaces, and keep things tidy and organized.
I’ve also led a youth group for many years and am still actively involved in my local church. For example, I help cook for camps and write short plays for group activities — I love being creative and working with others.
In addition to my studies, I work at a school for children with autism and at a weekly market. These jobs have taught me how to take initiative, work independently, stay friendly in customer service, and be a reliable team member who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.
