Hello, my name is Leonie. I was born in Hong Kong, and grew up there. The past decade I have mostly lived in the UK. I used to work as a psychologist. Currently I am on a career break. This year I hope to explore the world beyond mental health work, read, travel, write, and contemplate life.

It is hard to explain how I chose to come to Taiwan, but the opportunity arose, and one thing just led to another. It is wonderful to be able to witness different ways of life, and I have been enjoying the process of getting to know the country and its people. I very much look forward to participating in local workaway projects, and learning more about Taiwanese culture in this way.

I am open to trying new things and am a fast learner. I hope to be able to help and contribute meaningfully to your projects!
