Description
Hi everyone, my name's Ondřej and I'd love to share my passion in community living and everything related to that. I am especially interested in building projects, and have successfully completed a few mainly when I lived in New Mexico (USA) during the pandemic. I like to experiment and learn new techniques and study how they suit to each particular environment. I also have experience as a volunteer on farms in Ireland, where I learnt a little bit about farm animals. My formal education is in the field of natural science and for a few years I worked at research institutes in the UK, USA, Czech Republic and Germany.
I would love to move to Canary islands and see workaway as a good springboard to do so. I would love to connect with open minded local people, improve my Spanish, and with other inspiring residents who are ready to share their knowledge.

Farming - both animal and plant production, not very extensive experience but I know the basics.
Building - woodwork, concrete foundations, electrical work, plumbing. I had my own property where I built a deck, solar pergola, jacuzzi, solar photovoltaic installation and fences. Design, planning, execution, licensing, permitting. I just love technology.
