Hi, I’m Nathalie!

Decided to take a break from sitting in front of the computer days on end and enjoy, explore and learn about Chile. I would love to take part in projects, go on crazy adventures, learn more about farming and meet wonderful people! I've spent most of my adult life abroad living in Hungary, Germany and Spain for the past 8 years until I decided to come back to Finland to give it a try for the past two years, but realized I am craving back to new adventures.

I’m a bit of an everything-person, I love cooking but also adventure sports, I’m a bit of a language nerd (I speak Spanish), and love being in nature, be it in the garden, mountains, sea, taking care of animals, I’m in!
I like doing physical work and moving around so as long as I am strong enough, I am up for doing the job. I can offer help you with languages, cooking, creative work. By profession, I’m a marketer, and would be very interested also working for small tourist companies helping out with tours but also helping out with marketing, I can do both online marketing, some photography (note I do not have my own professional camera though) or graphic design.
Aside from work, I am social, active, but also enjoy relaxing with cold beer in hand!

Ya he decidido ir a Chile a descubrir la natura y la gente de ese país hermosa. Espero de ir a aventuras, aprender de los gauchos y conocer a la gente chilena. Casi toda mi vida de adulto ha sido fuera de Finlandia, en todo, 8 años en Hungría, España y Alemania, pero hace dos años decidí volver a Finlandia, pero ya siento que el tiempo de decirme adiós ha venido otra vez.

Soy una persona de todo, me encanta cocinar, pero también hacer deporte en las montañas y también estudiar idiomas, (por eso también hablo español, qué bueno, creo que suena mejor en persona que en escrito). Me encanta la naturaleza, estar en el jardín, el mar, y estar con animales.
Me gusta trabajar físicamente (no solo en frente del ordenador) y si tengo la fuerza, lo hago.

Os puedo ayudar en construcción, trabajo en campo o con animales, cocinar, proyectos creativos. Ahora trabajo en marketing, y puedo ayudarte en online marketing, diseño gráfico, hacer fotos (pero no tengo cámara profesional). También me gusta mucho trabajar y hablar con gente, y gustaría trabajar en alguna forma con turismo, como guía, o ayudando en otros cosas.
Aparte de trabajo, soy social, activo pero también me gusta relajar con una buena cerveza en la mano.

Languages has always been a big interest of mine, and is something I love to share with others! I speak English, Swedish, Finnish, Spanish and well, German kind of, and have experience teaching some English from before!

Growing up on the country side in a family house, I’ve spent a lot of my young days in the garden with my parents. We also have an apple juice factory where I work 3 months every autumn. A few years ago my parents decided to build a new house, and I was there for every step of the way so I feel comfortable also working in building/restoration. My first Workaway experience was restoring and creating an ecovillage in France. In the past I have also worked in customer service for travel agencies and at several restaurants. I love spending time with animals, and used to be quite a horse, farm girl a few years back and would love to get back into animal care!
I am currently since a year and a half working as a marketing specialist, being in charge of all marketing activities in two countries for medical gloves. This being said, I have experience in marketing and will gladly help out where I can with your marketing.

Soy de un pueblo pequeño en Finlandia, donde siempre estuve en el jardín con mis padres, cultivando legumbres y cuidando de la naturaleza. Mis padres también tienen una fábrica de zumo de manzanas donde trabajo casi todos los otoños 3 meses. Junto a mi familia y también en mi primera Workaway, trabajaba en construcción y restauración, y me siento cómoda y me encanta trabajar en proyectos de construcción. Tengo experiencia también trabajando en restaurantes y con servicios de clientes. Me encantan los animales, sé montar a caballo y me siento cómoda con todo tipo de animales de granja. Me encantaría participar en proyectos que incluyan el cuidado de animales.
Ahora estoy trabajando en marketing, haciendo online marketing, estrategia, diseño gráfico y tal, y me gustaría ayudar en cosas de marketing también si lo necesitas!
