My name is Samira. I love to explore, to dance, to bake and cook, to be outside, to learn new things, to diy, to laugh, to hike, to swim, etc.
My first solo travel was two years ago, when I decided to go to Ireland. I traveled by bus, slept in hostels and I rented a car for two weeks with which I got to explore and use as a house at the same time. During this travels I learnd that there is a difference between being alone and feeling lonely and I got to experience traveling as an adult and alone and I know it wasn't the last time and I have to/ will do it again.
I'm seeking the freedom of not needing to be somewhere and being able to plan on the way. Thats how I discovered workaway. I'm keen on getting to know new places and it's people, to hear different stories and views on life and the world.
I'd say I'm easy going and flexible, I love to do things with with my own two hands.
I just finishes my studies in social work and I have an degree in nature education so a occasionally work outside with kids.
I grew up in the countryside of Switserland with my parents and three siblings. I was fortuned enough to be able to travel a lot as a child, as my mum loved to travel. Later I worked as an au pair in the french part of Switzerland to learn french (which is rusty now) and later I did an language stay in England an Ireland. Know I'm 25 and ready to book a oneway ticket to anywhere.Languages
