Hey! I’ve just started my gap year so work away is the perfect option to travel and meet new people at an affordable rate. I love wild swimming, hiking, sunrises and yoga in beautiful places but I also love the city life as you meet more people and there’s always so much going on! I also have a passion for languages and really want to experience the culture and language of each country I visit. Overall having fun and learning new things is important, whether that’s working on a garden or in a hostel.

I’ve had three jobs so far. The first one I did the washing up and prepared food in a small cafe. The second, I worked at a supermarket stocking shelves and in the third I was mainly a bartender but also a waitress at a restaurant. I am also currently renovating my garden so I can do garden work/ landscaping and I used to volunteer at a group that does activities with young children. I tutor Biology too. At my last workaway I worked at the reception and bartending.

I have a provisional license and I know/can drive a car but there are no tests available at the moment. I am a quick learner and will try my best at everything!
