Hello, my name is Risa from Japan!
I'm a calm, optimistic, easygoing, adventurous, and adaptable person. I enjoy indoor and outdoor activities. I'm always keen to take up any new opportunity. Currently I'm looking for childcare volunteer. I'm looking forward to meeting new people from all over the world!
I have experiences of working as international hotel waiter, taking care of children, teaching Japanese to international students, and tutoring English to children. In the future, I would like to work at international school or teaching English to children. Before that, my aim is gaining English skill, experience of taking children more. When I lived in Australia with host family for 1 year, I aways spent time and play with host kid. I really enjoyed playing origami, drawing, pretended play, chess, card game and board game with host kid. This special time triggered me to love taking care of children.
One of my dream is traveling around the world. So far, I have visited 12 countries and most of countries are Asia. I would love to explore other area (Europe, Africa, South America, etc.). When I travel to other countries, I aways stayed at guest house to interact with local people and traveller from all over the world. I enjoy talking with them because I can learn other cultures. Now I found workaway and I'm interested in staying abroad with different way. I'm really excited to experience something new!

I played with host kid (7 years old girl) when I stayed in Australia for 1 year. I worked at Kumon for 1-2 year when I was university student and I taught English and Math to children (4-7 years old). As part time job, I worked at international nursery school for 6 months (1-6 years old). I did changing diapers, taking a nap, helping toilet, walking to the park together, reading books, and tutoring English.

Since I graduated university I live by myself and house hold task is my everyday routine. I'm good at cooking Japanese foods and pasta. I like to learn foods from other countries.

I have experiences of several jobs and I easily adapt to different situations.
